Re: How to lose weight?
by

How do you lose weight, especially if you’ra hypersensitive person? There may be others out there who have tried taking medications but ended up stopping due to appearance of rashes in the body. What are the other measures for it, apart from exercise?

Some excerise would not hurt  Grin but quick tips:

1. Cut Back on Sugars and Starches

Never drink any drinks with color. Only drink water. Removing sugars and starches (carbs) from your diet will reduce your appetite, lower your insulin levels and make you lose weight without hunger.

2. Eat Protein, Fat and Vegetables

Some examples of Protein Sources
Meat: Beef, chicken, pork, lamb, etc.
Fish and Seafood: Salmon, trout, shrimp, etc.
Eggs: Whole eggs with the yolk are best.

Some examples of Low-Carb Vegetables
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Spinach
Tomatoes
Kale
Brussels sprouts
Cabbage
Swiss chard
Lettuce
Cucumber

Some examples of Fat Sources
Olive oil
Coconut oil
Avocado oil
Butter

Assemble each meal out of a protein source, a fat source and low-carb vegetables. This will put you in the 20–50 gram carb range and significantly lower your hunger levels.

Of course consulting with a professional who could make you a custom diet is the best option.

Re: Global financial crisis

I don`t think it`s possible to predict when another crisis is going to happen but the fact is that it is going to happen because economy is a cycle where booms and crises differentiate.

Also I think that the reason of this crisis in the future is also unable to predict because every new crisis is nothing familiar with the old ones. People learn from the mistakes from the past and new crisis need new f**k ups. For example: banks learned from 2008 and don`t give out these subprime loans any more.

Knowing the reason of the next crisis is the privilege of a very fev persons who probably are going to make alot of money off it because they know what`s going to happen. I would not bet on anyone from this forum knowing the next reason.

Re: tips for controling temper

I used to be a professional poker player and had to deal with controlling my temper a lot. Not an easy thing to do if you are born with a lot of it Cheesy. Anyway what I did was tjat I red this book: https://upswingpoker.com/mindset-tips-improve-results/. It is for poker players but it covers real life aspects and teaches not to dwell on things you can`t control. For example standing in a long line in a shop and so on.

It teaches you how these unfortunate things just happen to everyone and how it does not just happen to you only. It had some really great tips to control your emotions so if you know anything about poker I would recommend reading it not to be good at poker but to learn how to control your temper and how to look at the big picture of things.

In 5 years I hope I will be a lot closer to my dream of being undependendent from money. Hopefully I have set up my own company by that time and I can pay my own wages. In 10 years hopefully I don`t have to do anything I don`t like in order to earn a living and I hope I will be 100% free of money troubles and can concentrate on personal development  Smiley

I am more than certain that bitcoin will go up again. If people were expecting it to only go up, they were fools. The price will fall, if drastically, I am not sure but I am confident it will recover and will reach 10000$ mark in about 3 years.

OMG, Bitcoin falling again, current price = 3866USD.
What happen? we losing money every hours. Need exchange BTC to fiat?
Who can explain this situation?

Didn`t you know bitcoin is volatile as hell before you bought any of it? If you didn`t then you probably shouldn`t have invested in it anyway and for you it is good to get some profit out of it. I, personally, am waiting for the price to drop, so I could buy a decent chunk of them myself. Because I missed the train before.
