no not true there is to many regulations i personally think bitcoin was better before the imf got involed

OK now i feel better I thought i was the only one who was getting the frustrated with so many regulation's but with all you guys agreeing i thought that people had forgotten why the mighty bitcoin was created.I thought people forgot a out 2008 nov crash that wiped out 1000's of families and left them pennyless...thanks guys i feel better and your right that was a rant...

Real estate will be  what takes bitcoin to another level the reason being
its where people invest there life's worth so there is power in numbers
if you can get the construction and real-estate connected with bitcoin
the N factor would not allow people to let bitcoin be tampered with...

we are looking for  a hard money portfolio loan interest only 5 houses are valued at 75K and over  and the other is valued a 50k
the titles are all clear and owned by the same owner /company because it's a business loan refinance flip or fix business owners
credit is not the best 500 to 600 hundreds.....can some one please point me in the right direction ....we are looking for private
lenders  .....I have many many clients with this same situation banks will not deal with them because thier credit is less than perfect
I think Im not sure but this  is a great market for btc because sometime you just don't want to hodle ....

as for how will it work for the most part internet but because of the sensitivity of the loan closing and transaction
can be done face to face between lender and borrower ......
