Re: How do you keep your bitcoins?
by

on 05/05/2017, 16:52:35 UTC
I keep my bitcoins and altcoins in trading website like yobit, cryptopia, livecoin, etc. because this websites are user friendly.

Are you sure that you are keeping your bitcoins at yobit.net? There are a lot people that are complaining about that trading site. So if I were you, think again because in the end you will have problem on it when you are experiencing withdrawal problems.
There is an opinion that you need to keep your wallets on a flash drive, because it gives you the opportunity to save your money and prevent unauthorized entry into the wallet. Of course Which currencies to keep their coins is already a purely personal matter, But I would like to hear advice.

you must choose method which is possible for you. about me, i saw some posts about creating faucet here and i started to make my own faucets, i was successed. it brings me some pocket money but not much

Indeed many ways to can get a bitcoin, because it is also many areas that became a pioneer in order to be successful. like me, now I have more focus on the online store. Where I have ideals to create online stores with bitcoin base pretty cheap from the marketplace to the other. When I am successful then users bitcoin will support the event. Because many who supported then everything will have a positive impact

It's a very good idea to actually create an online store with a specific product orientation,  To buy it for a crypto currency. Of course, for this, you probably need a lot of work to create a website and find your clientele, you can get a new result very good.

Re: Best EU country to tax profit on crypto currency trading
by
grenade launcher
on 05/05/2017, 16:41:21 UTC
Profits from cryptocurrency is taxed nearly in every country.
(it seems "tax" is in english sometimes used as synonym for fee? otherwise I can't explain why so many people claim "there is no tax only fee for withdrawal/trading". This does not make sense, since real tax has nothing to do with any fees)

@vsyc:
It does not depend on where you are, it does depend on where you live (usually this is where you have your home or where you are more then half a year per year). You pay the taxes to that authority were you also pay all other taxes to.

Got it, so lets say I sold my GNT for BTC, in country that has tax 50% on income, and went to live in country that has tax 20%, after half year I decided to sell my BTC for fiat in latter country?

My point, if I understand this right, that there is no government/institution in the world to control profit when you sell one crypto for another. But there is capital gain tax/income tax when you sell crypto for fiat and do profit from that?

Speaking of half year, in some countries I can stay for half year as a tourist Smiley lets say in US/Canada, how that works in this case?
It's best to really even really live in countries where Bitcoin can be legally used, because there are opportunities to obtain criminal penalties for illegal financial transactions in some countries.

I do not pity the people of Venezuela. That they burned American flags and vote for Chavez, Maduro. They got what they wanted. For any action to respond. They didn't think about what people in all countries spend a lot of money to fill your car. They have gasoline cost cheaper than water.

They burned the American flags, because the US was interfering in the internal affairs of Venezuela. How the Americans would feel, if the Venezuelans interfere in their presidential or senate elections? But I would agree with you on one point. The subsidy on gasoline is just ridiculous in Venezuela.
Despite the fact that some states have problems without the intervention of other countries and they simply can not be solved. But the fact is that there are cases when this intervention can be avoided because the citizens will be very much outraged.

Re: Do any people gamble under the age of 18?
by
grenade launcher
on 05/05/2017, 16:26:46 UTC
I want to know if anyone here gambles or have gambled under the age of 18, I feel like there are many kids who do this and I am interested to see how many people actually gamble under 18, if you have any friends that gamble or have gambled under 18 include them.

EDIT: I mean mostly kids online, its hard to be a kid and gamble physically. I feel like the gambling rate for kids is increasing a lot and is gonna be a problem in the future, especially with the CS:GO situation.

EDIT2: Another question to ask, is what is your opinion on the topic of kids gambling, do you think it is a growing problem or a problem alone for that matter?

EDIT3: What is the best way to counter this problem without websites having to know your exact identity?
Most of this time, age under 18 always play a gambling especially in traditional gambling. It is because of adults that they always to see in a public places who gamble . And population of this still increase so it is a big problem for our society. I think the best way to counter to this  problem is the parental guidance of our parents. Instead of letting our kids playing gambling, find a new hobbies with family bonding.

Or try to keep them away on who play gambling for the security for a good future.
In some countries Despite the fact that 18 years of age this is an adult person but is still forbidden to take a more important decision in life. Proceeding from this, I would forbid young people to gamble at a fairly young age.

Re: Россия
by
grenade launcher
on 05/05/2017, 16:22:43 UTC

Grin

Shrem voicing support for your project is like a kiss of death - the guy is a complete bozo.

He also is claiming that Ver is paying the miners $0.5 mil per month? Sounds ridiculous. Back your claims up with facts.
But if a person understands these subtleties, Yes, perhaps they know better what they are trying to present. But strangely enough I completely agree with you.

Re: Украинский диалект Русского языка

on 02/05/2017, 22:31:18 UTC

Re: Bitcoin and deflation

I was thinking about how great bitcoin is vs combatting inflation but what about deflation?

Say bitcoin gets lost or if there was a malicious intent of destroying / hoarding bitcoin, are there any mechanics within bitcoin that address this?

Am curious but this is one of the largest problems i could think of if btc were ever widely adapted

I think the intention was to make it deflationary. This way it keeps gaining value over time while fiat loses value.
It seems to me that such terms for Bitcoin are irrelevant because only Fiat can be subjected to inflation or deflation. Bitcoin is a self-sufficient currency, which in itself regulates its value depending on the demand.

Re: Is that possible to earn bitcoin with Youtube Channel?
by

on 02/05/2017, 22:22:27 UTC
The biggest problem is to create a unique idea. And correctly it to issue. Now many people are interested in cryptocurrency. And I think that the channel, in which there will be a detailed overview of all the cryptocurrency will be interesting to many people.
Yes, monetizing the contents will be the biggest challenge and if we are creative enough, I believe making money online is not that hard for anyone. Just explain something inwhich we are having expertise knowledge will be leading a way to drive decent traffic/subscription for sure.
Monetising the contents and providing good tag line will easily get lot of views as the cryptocurrency is getting more popularity day by day. Right now very few channels were available for bitcoin and for related technology. Creating one with a good visual and easy understanding content will easily reach users in a short getting good earning.
Yes I know that creating a bitcoin related youtube channel will get a lot of views. I got the idea from your post that I have also to create a blog or any website on which I will add the banner of ad network which will pay in bitcoin and I will get some money from the views from that blog.
Once I really liked the idea of creating your own channel on YouTube and thus earning good money. But the fact is that you need to have a good idea in order to attract users. So I have to come up with ideas and what to attract to interest.

Re: The Perfect Trading Website/App

The best sites for me are:

Poloniex - They are one of the best trading site and they are doing their best to maintain their reputation and they always maintaining good amount of coins and only limited based on their activeness.

Bittrex - Most of the new legit coins are getting here which give you advantage to buy it on an early age.

Yobit - A lot of coins to choose from, if you know how the whales move then you are going to make a lot of profit.

I agree with your list and description. So far,Poloniex is good and neat to trade. Very many traders and transaction are fast, just be very careful and vigilant because you may lost very fast too. Bittrex, I like it because many big traders also, and the the one that I like is that it has no trollbox, whales and speculators cannot dictate nor induced FUD.
Of course, I understand your choice in terms of Poloniex. Of course this exchange deserves the understanding and approval of users. But I do not understand why people do not sing such circumstances that occurred on Bitfinex. Because I'm not the only one who was shocked by what was happening last summer.

Re: When is Bitcoins going to die?
by
grenade launcher
on 29/04/2017, 10:08:36 UTC
Nope... Bitcoin is too huge to die off. At the point of writing, 1 BTC is equal to USD $1322.75 and the market cap is USD $21.56 billion according to coinmarketcap.com. These figures meant that Bitcoin's market is too huge for a single individual to even shut it down. Heck, even if the governments of the Top 10 Developed countries tries to shut it down, they would most probably fail.
Lately there has always been a nagging of some users about the fact that Bitcoin will soon die but that the price grows and he feels stable on the financial market.

My favorite has got to be this one:
"The jerk store called. They've run out of you." -George Costanza

That is probably the best one yet!
Probably this should not be done at all, because you can get a very strong answer, even in the face with your foot. And in general to insult a person is low.
