Still have not received bitcoin. This is the third day now. I was told yesterday that this would be resolved by now. What is the status of my order?

I have pasted a copy of the email I received from Rachel with the Order number provided by your service.

I just sent this over to Ira, if he does not process it by tonight, I will manually override and process it.

Still have not received bitcoin. I do not understand why this is taking so long. What is the issue? This is going on three days now. If a manual override is what is required for me to receive what I paid for then please do this so that I may be done with this issue.

I made a deposit yesterday using the bitcoin to email option. Completed the transaction at wal mart via money gram. I received the confirmation email from zip zap Inc but I have not received the email from coinapult. I have used this service several times in the past with no issue. Not sure what is going on this time. Please advise.
