The next 2 weeks™ are critical

Monero keeps in the channel more or less... but i still dont get it why we are not rated higher in price... so many shitcoins do better. Its like people lost interest in monero, even with the ledger and bulletproofs comming , they are not interested it looks. i would start selling some coins at 1000 usd , im starting to think i should be happy with 500 usd a coin Smiley. any thaughts on this?
nobody really knows. but doesnt seem like market overall is bullish at the moment.

never used bisq only paradex. how does it work regarding wallets? on paradex you can use metamask but i dont think metamask supports monero or any other non erc20 tokens for that matter.

so i guess my question is about if bisq is safe to use? got quite a big stack of moneros i really dont want to risk losing

The base currency in Bisq is BTC, so there is no "home currency" acting as fuel (unlike other Decentralized EXchanges). I like this solution. When you buy BTC with XMR, the seller sends you BTC to a BTC wallet within Bisq (from which you control the private key, so it's really yours). Funds are locked in a multisig wallet until both parties confirm they received the funds. You can get more info at https://bisq.network/faq/ or make a small transaction to better understand the process.

It's not the perfect solution though as volume is low, it's slow and quite expensive. But I didn't find a good DEX for Monero. Of course, there are also Shapeshift and xmr.to which are private but still centralized.

Are you guys really trading XMR on centralized exchanges?? If not, what system are you using?
okay sounds kind a meh

im using poloniex for monero while i mostly keep them as collateral and trade on margin. works like a charm

regarding all this "exchanges banning private coins" shit .... i just don't know what they'll do once they realize that you need privacy for fungibility.

putting the fun in fungibility.
Agreed.

I played with Bisq and crypto-bridge today. The potential of really good decentralized exchanges has completely removed this concern for me.

People calling 267 failing are weird.

Its comfortably above any kind of hold/sell level of the past. And we been around that to 28 for weeks.

I feel so unworried, I don't get it.

Someone mentioned this before and it was eyeopening for me. It's all about what price you bought in at. You and I glob probably bought in at single or double digit prices. It's easy for us to just sit back, relax and ignore the screaming children. But its different for people who paid 300 400 or heaven forbid almost 500 dollars.
But nowadays you don't just add a few dozens of Monero to your portfolio anymore, at least not me..
that does not make any sense

its not about the moneros you add but about how much you are willing to stake.

previous movements shouldnt be a concern of yours. either you buy in and take the risk or you dont. that was no different when the price was lower.

Hey,

first.. Thank you very much for this awesome sheet!
I've been looking quite a while for something like this to track my trades easily.

I'm using the Bittrex version and there seems to be an error.
I can import the data file but when I click on the blue USDT-BTC at the left to show the graph an error appaears with "Runtime error 13. Type mismatch"
When clicking on debug it sends me to this line of code:

Quote
Sheets(2).Range("$A:$K").AutoFilter Field:=1, Criteria1:=">=" & ActiveSheet.Cells(1, 22).Value, Operator:=xlAnd, Criteria2:="<=" & ActiveSheet.Cells(1, 29).Value

How can I solve this problem?
The "tradeHistory" sheet is empty aswell.
its always really hard to tell. maybe add me on skype and i see what i can do for you Wink

Obligatory, knee-jerk dash pump. They really are scared of us, seems they value being perceived as the top-ranked privacy coin on CMC rather than in the community. Sooner or later reality will match marketcap.

No other coin seems to bleed like XMR after a rise. No bull traps or anything! Just a straight pullback. I always thought it was Polo arbing us.

Whats the chance the Dashtard's are the whales controlling the price of this coin?
still for the last 3.5 months monero seems to be the least dependant on bitcoin returns which is good imo

Any specific reason why litecoin is still pumping?
I liked it more when the gap between Monero and litecoin was bigger Smiley
guess we are going to short ltc with xmr as collateral now

i hear that so so often in various situations in life its sickening

especially those people who say it are never successfull themselfes

what i believe they are doing (just like you) is saying shit like that to relativate others success (even if its only alledged success) to make themselfes feel better

i dont know if people really believe in what i quoted from you or not but from my experience there is absolute no positive correlation between being humble and being successfull

im even tending to think that there is a negative correlation actually

I think you may have misunderstood.  Read back (and see obit33 above) I was trying to question why the troll who was paid to leave by TheKoziTwo was back.
i get all that but my issues were just the things i quoted and nothing else

@kurious

I know life might be difficult for you, reading even a bit more. It was a year. You understand what a year is? Sorry for your envy, but, ya, deal with it Smiley There will be always people more successful than you are.

oh god, are you really back... I remember when I busted you and your sockpuppets posting fake screenshots from AB implicating noone wanted to use monero... Then you were paid a few bucks by theKoziTwo to not come here again because you're so annoying...

Here, looked it up for ya:
lots of blabla

I think N-rG, moneylooser and maybe some other pretty newbie-accounts are all sockpuppets of one person...

funny that both alpha-accounts joined on the same day... coincidence?

dude... wtf... I'm just now seeing something weird in that posted picture... next to 'Vendor' it should be "oN" Oct, yours says or (part of the on disapperead)...

any explanation for this?

edit: WTF, and the admin account and yamaha sent at exactly the same time: "13:55"

don't really got words for this, but I think you just got busted dude...

edit:
posted the admin-message, so it's easier to compare:

edit: just did some further research... N-rg and his sockpuppets (moneylooser I'm sure off) are full of shit and post fake-'evidence'... don't trust anything that comes out of their mouths...

best regards

the fact that you're not too ashamed to even show your face here after being busted with this kind of pathetic behaviour... dude...

talking about succesful...
Just for fun I looked at the post history of N-rG and plotted his predictions on the actual chart.

I'm not sure how he made money based on these predictions, but good job. That's a pretty amazing feat.  Smiley

now, if you could crawl back to where you came from?

thanks

haha this is gold

Where's Walonek? I want him  strutting his convoluted "NoMore" and naming fifty prices in a post, so he can claim that one hit. I won't be bullish until he shows up (or one of his "looser" sockpuppets).
i miss him too :/
