Hi

Ein FPGA hat ja den Vorteil gegenüber ASIC, dass man reinspielen kann was man will.
Gibt es eigentlich andere Firmwares? Also wie:
 - custom bitcoin address generator
 - zip/rar pass cracker
 - ......

EDIT:
Hab den Fehler vermutlich gefunden.
Ein Widerstand und ein weiteres Bauteil sind offensichtlich abgebrochen!
Ich hoffe, dass es keine weitere versteckten Schäden gibt.
Das Board habe ich zur Reperatur eingeschickt.

Abend

Ich habe ein Problem mit meinem Quad.

Diese Meldung hatte ich früher auch schon, aber mit einem einfachen Ein-/Ausstecken (oder auch 2mal) ging es dann.
Nur jetzt bekomme ich das Board einfach nicht mehr zum Laufen.
Weiß jemand was ich noch versuchen könnte?

Ich hatte zuerst Probleme.
Die Ursache war dann das Netzteil.

juhuuuu, es geeeeht!!!!!!

Ich habe ein anderes Netzteil verwendet
und nun geht es!

lt. Typenschild hätte das ursprüngliche Netzteil:   OUTPUT 12V  2A
das neue hat nun   OUTPUT  12V  3A
und es geeeeht!!!!


An der stelle noch vielen dank an Chefnet.
Er hat mich nicht hängen lassen und sich sogar per
TeamViewer auf meinen Rechner verbunden.
Wir konnten zwar dann nichts feststellen,
aber alleine die Absicht ist ihm sehr hoch anzurechnen!

Das Board funktioniert einfach nicht!    Embarrassed

Wie seid ihr den vorgegangen?

 - habe das Board ausgepackt
 - Netzteil angeschlossen
 - USB-Kabel angeschlossen
 - festgestellt, das das Kabel defekt ist
 - anderes Kabel verwendet
 - Windows hat nun doch ein unbekanntes Gerät gefunden
 - Treiber installiert von diesem Ort 'ztex\libusb-win32'  (aus http://www.ztex.de/downloads/ztex-120412.zip)
 - Miner so gestartet:  'java -cp ZtexBTCMiner-120417.jar BTCMiner -host http://pool.50btc.com:8332 -u worker -p irgendwas'

dann kommt dieser Fehler
egal ob PC oder Laptop
oder andere parameter

Abend

Ich habe gerade mein Board bekommen, aber ich bekomme es einfach nicht zum Laufen!
Nicht einmal der Help Parameter geht:

Lohnt sich da überhaupt noch 1000 EUR für 800MH/s zu investieren?
Wenn ab Oktober für den gleichen Betrag 24.000 MH/s zu bekommen sind?  (7x 3,5GH/s)
