why my wallet not received airdrop??

my wallet have only one address, but when I check in https://chainz.cryptoid.info/btx/address.dws?1D4ysUW8vvuDBmroxLCwJTYMe2w9CavB6Y.htm
my ballance is 0.0 BTX
but my local wallet still have 10.99BTX now, can anyone explain this? I don't get it

Every time you press on receive tab, on bitcore client, it shows you a different address, unless you specify at the contrary. May you registered a different address from the one you have your BTX. Check it. It's a common user mistake, and the reason why 80% of the addresses registered in the list have 0 BTX.
The bitcore client shows the sum of all your addresses in the balance.

I was away for a while, was there a second bitcoin claim after the April one? I have linked my address to bitcore again for the airdrops, so that part I think it's good and ready for tomorrow.
This second time is not working as the first one (via claiming), but via a tirect transfer to all BTC adresses that contain >0.01 BTC on 02 Nov. Then the way you can grab it is to import priv. key into Bitcore client. Please check the OP.

BTX received in my old BTC address (as seen in the BTX block explorer) , then imported in the bitcore client following the tutorial and it works like a charm.
However, please everybody be aware that by doing just this (importing the private key), the "airdrop" coming from the snapshot won't be considered for the 3% weekly airdrop, as the new income formally is in a different address from the one you have registered for the weekly airdrop.
