Yes, from my spreadsheet, many of the rolls had a serial range larger than 25 numbers.
This is due to error/mistakes when assembling the chips, so they omit that number.
From what I have seen, they did assemble all numbers, but some of the redone serials were combined in later rolls
This was usually indicated on the rolls as "assorted"
A few of the early rolls had a spread of over 200 in serials....

For the F*D silver, if it is one of the original he made back in 2014, I could see it going for maybe $150-$200
And for the Denarium, maybe a little bit more due to the rarity of it being a prototype
