Re: why is bitcoin increase much more than altcoins?
by
haileysantos95
on 02/03/2018, 03:17:21 UTC
Guys
I just wanted to discuss topic  about the price after crash . Before crash bitcoin dominance was 34 percent  but now 40 percent . I was thinking as long as bitcoin increase altcoins will rise up as well however it doesnt happened exactly ,when bitcoin falls altcoin falls down moreand more  but in opposite doesn't increase as much as bitcoin.

Its because bitcoin is much more stable compare to other coins and there are lots of bigtime investor in bitcoin than its competitors. When bitcoin rises up altcoin traders tend to leave or put altcoin on hiatus and focus only on bitcoin thus leaving a small percentage of traders trade altcoin.

Re: crypto market demand is increasing

From my point of view crypto demand is not increasing but crypto coins are, there are so many coins in the market with no real use at all. Every day coins are being created with just the intention of creating profit to the company.

If the demands were to increase then its a good sign but i still highly doubt it, demanding new coins are what investors are looking at because they cant compete with the current stable coin whos out in the market.

Trading would rather be easy than mining. Mining will cost you more money from equipments or renting hash rate without the guarantee of getting bitcoin. Trading gives you the option on how many bitcoin can you earn from trading in the market regularly of course there will be some losses but you control on how many you loss you can take or wait a few days for bitcoin to have a higher price from were you bought it.

Do you guys see how fast the market cap is climbing right now??? its insane, all time high coming soon I predict!

Yeah as the price is steadily going up but we cant be certain that it will last long, this is just the recovery state of bitcoin and having an all time high again is far from reality.

Its still a great time to buy more coins since the prices are going down, no need to worry it will come back in a few days and after that more will come to you.

Trying to win the losses that you take will only lead you to more losses, its best that you should call it a day to have a more relaxing feeling when you bet again, not having the right mind to bet will lead to wrong decision.

You actually have a good source of coins there, but we cant expect that all the coin in you portfolio will be great in the years to come, success is a yes on some that you are holding but remember that there will still be losses, XRP,ETH,XEM and waves are the one im eying for.

A gambler doesnt know how many will he/she have to lose before he/she will quits gambling forever, as long as the person enjoys gambling the person wont stop gambling, there are many reason why the person gambles if that person doesnt find gambling amusing then he/she will quit.

Re: It's that unfair for those who don't have bitcoin in the future ?
by
haileysantos95
on 04/01/2018, 05:29:33 UTC
Its not unfair, early people who adopt bitcoin took their risk also and spent time and money just to get what bitcoin is now or in the future, well they can still acquire bitcoin but it will cost them so much or they could get it a penny of it from other people but it wont make them rich unlike the early adopters.

Re: Bitcoin domination era is over?

Hi,

Bitcoin domination is under 40% and Ripple is exploding.

Do you think we are witnesses of the End of Bitcoin Domination Era? Is this a sign of bitcoin going down the drain?

I dont think that we are seeing the end of bitcoin domination era, bitcoin is a strong coin that many people are investing in it and ripples sudden explosion is only a bubble, people find alternative when a product faces many problem but in crypto currency bitcoins problems has many solution in the weeks to come.

Re: will Altcoins Survive
by

on 03/01/2018, 05:28:58 UTC
Alt coins will definitely survive even though bitcoin is getting its price pumping, there are lots of people who see the potential of growth in some alt coins thats why they use it, like monero, monero is a strong alt coin for many years now and its userbase continue to grow.
Not all will survive but there will still be coins that if manage well will last for many years and might give you profit for believing in it.

Re: Investing in Bitcoin? Advantages and Disadvantages
by
haileysantos95
on 29/12/2017, 04:58:45 UTC
The only disadvantages are the outrageous fees, nothing more than that. After all, the whole crypto ecosystem is perfect, and bitcoin too.. And once that the LN gets implemented, bitcoin would be perfect x2 lmao.

Yeah the fees are killing the peoples interest in bitcoin and the long confirmation when giving a small fee, if the fees were back to normal there will be more and more people that will use bitcoin and leave other coins.

Re: Bounty or Airdrop?

on 24/12/2017, 06:33:45 UTC
If you want to earn token the easy way then go to threads that gives airdrop, you only need to register and wait for the token to come to your wallet.
Now if you want something to do or to contribute to the token that you want then you might as well do some bounty for them.

Re: Electronic Money vs. Physical Money
by
haileysantos95
on 23/12/2017, 07:42:53 UTC
Electronic money like bitcoin is just a digital currency, you can't compared it to a physical money, it is completely different from cash. Because electronic money is not available everywhere, while the physical money just like cash is everywhere available.

Correct electronic/digital money it is not available everywhere and it has its limitation compared to physical/cash money, there are many local markets in the world were you need to pay cash because market owners there uses cash to do a transaction.

Re: Do you think the worst of the dip is over for the moment?
by
haileysantos95
on 23/12/2017, 04:54:57 UTC
Do you think we're going to see another dip to ~10k before the end of the year or do you think btc is now in recovery from the correction?

I dont trade much often nowadays since im busy with the holidays, even if there was another dip coming i doubt that people will be affected since its holidays.

There have been two flash dips to 10k in the last 24h, unfortunately I missed both. I've now set a buy order at 10k but btc now looks to be making a bit of a recovery so do you think this buy order is too optimistic?

You can be optimistic at some point but the buy order of 10k seems a little bit much, but just like i said the holiday season also affect the market were traders are enjoying their money on vacation and might come to trading next year.

I too have been a strong supporter of bitcoin in the last few years and been depending bitcoin in and out of the forum, but we have to face the truth that there is really a huge problem that has been going on in the past few days, i hope they better do something fast on putting the segwit or lightning network fast so that transaction will be normal again.

Re: And now we are below 13000$ - down 6000$ in just 4 days
by
haileysantos95
on 22/12/2017, 07:43:39 UTC
I don't know if this could be the "bursting of the bubble" they're talking about. But I think this just just a normal thing with bitcoin. Especially Christmas is coming and a lot of people trying exchange bitcoin to fiat so they could use it.

This is really what they call "bursting of the bubble", it should happen a few days ago which is more relevant to happen but it burst just right before christmas, im not surprise that it happen im more surprise by the price increase from $9k to a woopping $20k in a couple of days.
