Yeah, as things stand right now, the tournament is off. It appears they are preparing a major upgrade and transformation, which means the website will soon be offline (from 21st August)
I think they decided to cancel the tournament because of the timeline it would take, which is way longer than the time the upgrade starts. People are advised to withdrawal all their funds as soon as possible.
