I think the team did decide not to do an ICO and spent their own money to build the whole project, at some point they will need more money that´s the reason for premine. Alot of projects do ICO´s and still have more than 20% premine after the ICO. For me as Investor it is better to know that the WEB team will have money for further development as soon as this project gets successful. Do you have any other idea how they should fund the project?

The block rewards will be splitted between Masternodes/Guardian nodes, miner and dev fund. Sparks has more to offer than just the regular block rewards. If you haven't updated your $SPK #masternodes yet, there's still about 1.5 days left. After that the old wallets will stop syncing.

as you might know, we've released SparksPay 0.12.4.0 with Guardian Node v1.0. Exchanges, pools and our infrastructure is completely updated and everything is stable. Please update as soon as you can, as we need to achieve >80% MN updated and for Guardians to become active on the network. After update, you will need to restart your MN from the hot wallet (start alias). You can read more about this release on our official GitHub:
