Re: Bitcoin as national currency?

Could it be possible that in the future there are countries that use bitcoin as the national currency??
Not so sure that any country would use bitcoin as their national currency, but we can think or consider that bitcoin can be used as a center of all other currencies of other nations like it is used now in trading. Sure it can be the most used currency but not the national currency. After all you don’t possess bitcoin physically. People would prefer something they can touch or possess as their national currency.
it's not about possession. people are still accepting bitcoin as their major way of transactions and payments. I'm pretty sure people will love bitcoin as their national currency but because of the governments and policies, it looks impossible.

As most have seen when bitcoin drops most alts drop too.
Most alts are measured in value against bitcoin value not fiat.

Will bitcoin always be the king on the cryptos?

If not how would alts become valued without bitcoin price.

hopefully that makes sense.
Bitcoin will remain king of all crypto currencies unless other currencies do their best to rival BTC and introduce better services and durability than BTC. Many altcoins arre trying their best but I don't think that any alt coin can rival BTC anytime soon.

you should, it's a great time to invest in btc right now because it's price just came down a little. but it is vulnerable to some extent.

is it risky to turn all my money to bitcoins? anyhow this money sits in the bank and do nothing for!
it is risky now. because the price is not stable right now. when the price gets fixed then it won't be a risk.
but if you are looking for profit, then you should invest now because it's rising again.

Re: What do you want to Buy with Bitcoin?

Reading a lot of New Year Resolutions, and I can understand many of you here have some resolutions that involve crypto and bitcoin. Maybe you want to earn a bitcoin, multiply your  bitcoins or become a crypto millionaire.

So here is one similar question that does not necessarily has to be achieved in this year.

What are the things you want to buy with bitcoin?
Whether its a House, your favorite car, a yacht, a jet or a ticket to Mars. Whatever you dream, list the things you want to buy with your bitcoins (crypto).

I want to buy many things with bitcoin. A nice car, a house and much more things. My dreams not actually end at buying just a car and a house. I have a good heart, I want to donate some of my bits as well. As soon as I earn them.

Re: Will we see Bitcoin fall in 2018?

Due to Ripples recent INSANE bull run, I have been seeing SO many FUD posts about how "Bitcoin is over" "Bitcoin will fail in 2018" and whatever other titles people can construe and conjure up to make people scared or sell off their position. It has been really irritating me so I decided to make a video about it, let me know your thoughts and happy New Year!

Link : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G0EFSb1ZwKg

I think bitcoin will not fall in year 2018.Many investor said that the bitcoin has big potential in year 2018.And its normal that bitcoin fall but in a certain days or a time only then it will rise than what you expect. hope that you see in the youtube is false LOL!!! because many will be sad and cry if that happen..
Agreed! its price fluctuate, no doubt! But it doesn't mean it will be on the grounds in 2018 or anytime soon. It's price will stabilize probably in this year or maybe next year. But BTC won't fall completely, it was made for something big.

Re: Sell your house for investment in btc.

on 01/01/2018, 15:12:25 UTC
Just imagine selling your $259,900 house for 43BTC and 2 Months in street.

and after just 2 months sell 43BTC for $498198.

Again buying the previous also you will be in profit of $472298.

would you try this technique.
There's a high risk in it. Those who are risk lovers, would definitely take the risk. But risk averse will never do that. There's a high probability that BTC would be stabilized anytime soon. So if this was applied 6 months earlier, it would've been more profitable than we could ever imagine.

Re: What are some disadvantages of BTC?

on 28/12/2017, 20:53:13 UTC
We all know the advantages of BTC, but what are some of the disadvantages??
It is vulnerable, volatile, and fluctuating. Many countries have banned it. It has no proper organizational location. No locals and it has been continuously rejected by the government.
But, sooner these all facts will be sorted out but not so sure about the vulnerability of BTC.

Re: Bitcoin Jumps High This year

Hey....Guys

I'm a newbie and don't know about the large investments in Cryptocurrency. But I see This year Bitcoin Price going very high. How the Predictions of 2018? Can I invest in Cryptocurrency in 2018?

Please Suggest me!
2018 will be the right time for investing in bitcoin, because it's price will probably decline a little bit. That would be high time to invest in bitcoin. And as we all know this year's bitcoin history, there will be a much more incline in the price charts after the decline. Due to the altcoins and government rejections, the decline is possible, then bitcoin will be cheaper to buy.

Re: Government put on tax on bitcoin

If government take a tax of btc so our earn money will be more less and can make people panic too.
People won't panic, they won't put too much tax, just a little percentage of transaction. Only if it happens, which is not likely to happen any soon enough. Government can not put tax on something that is not physical asset. It is operated on internet, not physically.

Re: If bitcoin goes to zero
by

Rest goes to zero as well?

Which is kinda weird. Everything is measured in BTC. Which makes it the digital gold and bridge between $ (real world) anf crypto.
i just heard it's price got decreased by 40% this Friday morning. That would've made the bitcoin holders run for their money. Even if it gets to zero then no worries. It will rise again. every one knows the fact about BTC than a man bought 2 pizzas for only 1k BTC.

Re: Making a living on bitcoin.
by
hassan.shakeel.rajpoot
on 22/12/2017, 14:14:10 UTC
So I recently got into bitcoin, I can see there is definitely good profit potential so I'm curious on how possible it is to making a living off of it. Mainly on mining but in still figuring out trading.

I bought an Avalon 741 and also using a few high end gpus for mining and making a decent profit on that. (Gpus in 2 gaming pc's I built and a gaming laptop so they just mine when I'm not using them) Currently on nicehash1 but I'm also curious about switching to an actual pool.

I'm thinking to expand and build a mining farm eventually and I think I have a solid plan for that for the next couple years. Basically just buying miners with profits from miners and eventually I know I'll need some kind of warehouse to put them in.

I'm also interested in trading but I don't fully understand it yet.

Any insight and advice would be great, thanks.
Making a living over bitcoin is a good option, If your working as you say, you'll not only be working for just living, but much more. Mining is good option, it's a slow process of making bitcoin, but quite profitable. Trading is another option you should do it too if you have enough time. Well I recommend you should really earn them first and hold them, since it's price is getting off the charts.

Re: I need an opinion on rejecting a job offer or crypto

I have opportunity in overseas job around 1000 usd. but my mind now not in a stable manner.

please guide me whats the best option doing crypto currency on the home or move to the job overseas?
You should go for both, accept the job and do crypto at part time as well. You can do crypto overseas as well. You get money from both sides if you are completely okay with doing both. If you really want to do only one thing because of time management issue and you are really good at crypto then crupto is more profitable right now.

Re: Does Bitcoin work for online shopping?
by
hassan.shakeel.rajpoot
on 20/12/2017, 11:16:04 UTC
The answer is yes bitcoin is now a days used for each and every thing in life. As we know that it is very famous that’s why big shopping centers in the Asia and Europe are accepting bitcoin for shopping and because of that they reserve good amount of bitcoin. In the future the owners of these shopping centers are good traders of this currency.
Yes, I agree with you, even in middle east or  Dubai, there are ATM's for bitcoin exchange. You can buy many services online too by paying in BTC.

Learned so far, never sell Bitcoins out of panic in a dip! She keeps bouncing back and beyond! Lips sealed
Some sell it out of panic some sell it out of need. But yes, saving it right now is more profitable than selling it. It's price is rising spontaneously and the peek is nowhere near. That means more rise in price, more profit is expected.

Re: Bitcoin in 2018
by
hassan.shakeel.rajpoot
on 18/12/2017, 15:36:31 UTC
The journey of bitcoin from 2009 to 2017 is very interesting. Although the stories of individuals(investors) are very interesting and motivational that how they initiated and what problems they faced at earlier stages.

In 2017 the number of businesses accepting bitcoin continues to increase. Where you see the bitcoin in 2018?
Well according to me, 2017 was just a start for bitcoin. It has boosted so much that it's price has risen from hundreds of dollars to thousands. And some predictions and facts indicate that it's price will probably be in millions in 2020. So in 2018, it's price will probably be at least at 100 thousand dollars.

Re: How much risk in bitcoin investement ?
by
hassan.shakeel.rajpoot
on 11/12/2017, 02:30:04 UTC
I just wanted to know that, what amount of risk is there in investing in bitcoins.
Right now i am planning to buy btc approx 3-4 btc and just hold them as i guess the price of bitcoin will increase in future and i will get some good profit. But i want to know what is the risk involved. Can bitcoin price decrease and is this right time to buy the bitcoin.
This is the right time to buy bitcoin because at this time BTC price has not increased to the amount it was predicted. Which is also the risk factor, if the price does not reach the expected amount by the end of this year, which is near, it means that it's price may start to fall. But if it doesn't, its price will go to millions. So investing now in BTC will give you a huge profit in long run.
