I'm having the same problem I have sent from Jaxx and Copay and Bitfinex with Jaxx and Copay I sent using the fastest and highest fee option with Bitfinex I don't control the fee. I have multiple transactions well over 50BTC and it has been over 24hrs for some. I see everyone saying to wait and pay a higher fee. I have done both and still nothing is there any other info on why this is happening?

Due to the recent circumstances with the change in management and loss of the original proposed venue for The Legends Room, in addition to the lack of information provided, we feel it is in the best interests of the community and the contributors to cancel the membership token offering and return the funds raised.

The Legends Room, a Las Vegas gentlemen's club behind the VIP members token, was unable to provide sufficient evidence supporting documentation to validate claims made, which includes failure to show:

• A legitimately purchased and owned establishment, which was designated as the venue for The Legends Room club;
• Signed partnership agreements originally outlined prior to the launch of the sale.

As part of every coin or token offering, Vanbex safeguards participants by holding all contributions in escrow.

Digital currency exchange Bittrex will be conducting the refund process on its exchange. If you contributed through Bittrex please contact them for your refund.

Nick Blomgren has made a statement about our actions however this is a false accusation. We have a letter from Nick and the venture’s co-founder Peter Klamka stating that they will be terminating the contract, cancelling the sale and we are to return the funds as we have advised to do multiple times prior to receiving this email and attached letter.

No one lied there was a contract in place but due to the recent legal issues they were unable to complete the contract. I have been informed by management that there will be a fully executed LOI with the new venue tonight or tomorrow and the details will be shared so you can verify for yourself.

Hey all so let me clear up some things here. I can understand that a strip club may not be everyone's taste and it seems a bit odd off the start. When we were first approached about this we initially were skeptical. The business model is what is really interesting and what made us want to get involved and since then we have been contacted by multiple membership based business to see if it would work for them.

A digital membership that can be rented, leased and liquidated on exchanges. This is a great model for any membership based business. It is also great for the education and adoption of crypto currency. You now have an audience that would normally not use crypto currency learning how to use it in a real world business and not just on a crypto exchange. You have businesses that would not normally look to crypto or blockchain technology now looking at it as a viable option.

From a business standpoint you get a members base that becomes a free source of marketing for you in the long run as it is in their financial interest to rent the membership if they so choose, word of mouth is always the best referral. You eliminate counterparty risk (Clawbacks) and the traditional 30-90 day hold on funds by excepting crytpocurrency for products and services.

Regarding the latest events surrounding Legends Room:
In the beginning we were hired to build the membership token and do marketing for the project. We were given the relevant documentation to show that this project was moving ahead at the Centerfolds location. Incorporation documents, contracts with the girls, contract with partners, LOI with club owner, contract with Steve Paik and Peter Klamka to put the Bitcoin ATMs in Centerfolds, multiple emails between Steve Paik and Peter Klamka, spoke with Nick Blomgren and Stephan Bonnar.

Multiple people in the community went there and met the team involved and verified this for themselves even the contract with Asa Akira.

Recently we were told the owner of Centerfolds was put in jail (this was shared in this thread) due to that the Legends Room team had to find another venue to move forward. We were told this was an inconvenience but not a problem because many places want their concept in their club along with all their clientele. They are now telling us that the new venue is much bigger and nicer and a better fit for this concept and does not have the bad reputation that has been on Centerfolds since it was the Paradise Club.

We are interested in protecting those that have purchased memberships and have requested all the relevant legal documentation to prove that this is going ahead in this new location. So far we have received all the contracts with their headlining girls, an LOI between Legends Room Las Vegas LLC and 6000 Windmill LLC which also includes the liquor license, Pictures of the new location (inside) verbally they have told us  that they have raised 3 million USD outside of the sale and will be purchasing VIP tokens.

I can understand that others would be concerned about all of this. If you have purchased tokens and you would like your money back please PM me and we can speak to the management to see about returning your funds as the management has stated multiple times that if you are unhappy they will refund your money on the spot.

We have been informed by the management of the Legends Room that there has been some legal issues that have come up with Centerfolds and that the Legends Room will be moved to a different Venue. We have requested all the legal documentation to prove this and also to show the new road map and opening schedule for the club. Once we have this information we will update the community. To add to that you can transfer your credits but you have to do that through the concierge. When you rent your membership you can get paid in Bitcoin if you choose.

That is not even close to what the Legends Room is doing and I cannot understand how you could view it that way especially after reading that. The legal team has already been over this.

If you define this as a security you must view a car, a house, a boat, a Gym membership, a private club membership (which I have), and many other things as a security. That is just ridiculous.

You can still get a membership and rent it out and then if you come to Las Vegas you can enjoy the club and all it offers.

It is actually just access and as the memberships price after purchase from the club has no bearing on the club itself it is not equity. A member can choose to give the membership away if they wanted. Price is set by them not on the success of the club. Legal has been through this.

The Legends Room will accommodate any member. If the situation happens that the club is full the club will make arrangements for those members. They will not be disappointed.

So the venue can hold up to 600 in the Legends Room at one time and the entire club 1500-1800. Just as most clubs not all members will be there every night. The club also has reciprocal clubs that Members will have access to as well. There will be an announcement about this in the coming days.

Also the club is happening with or without a big raise and memberships will be available just not at the price it is now or with all the included extras. All token purchasers are completely safe and if something were to happen and it didn't go through all money would be returned.

There are a lot of institutional money that will be runned through as it gets transferred from Fiat to ETH. It is only in the Pre Sale right now and there will be a better idea of where the sales are when the actual sale starts.
