Bought Netflix HD account few months ago from him, few weeks - everything ok, then he starts to change netflix account password every few weeks and adding some other people to my "full private" account. Then continues to tell me that I was hacked and that I should scan my computer with antivirus or something like that. LOL. At that point, I just purchased another netflix account from other, mentaly stable seller.

Scam. Sold me account that doesn't work, then replaced it with account that also does not work, and then stopped responding, I mean WTF is this?

Same problem here. Not even once in a last few months could I do something on wirexapp without many problems. Cherry on top - now I can't even log in.

Update: finally got response from support that there are issues with backend and that my problem would be fixed next week or week after that.

Is Wirex still in bussiness? Have the support people quit their jobs? No answer for days, my money stuck with them and I can't use it because glitch in their system. This is bad.

Maybe, but they state on they FAQ that withdrawal from paypal is not possible, that's a dealbreaker:

Almost all bitcoin card providers use same card issuer - mychoicecorporate which requires kyc verification for withdrawing funds, so - get used to it.

System is broken that's why, you have to write to their support so they manually syncronize your balance on card. Pro tip: if you mention "paypal" anywhere in your support mail your ticket will be automatically closed, so be creative while writing to support mentioning paypal.

No one said that customers will get tracking info, just that tracking info for your package exists, probably so they can check what is going on if you, after some time, don't get your card.

Exactly, got the new Visa ordered on May 16. - yesterday, without tracking number. One of the ex-yu countries.

Same thing happened last time to me, I contacted Paypal support and then they did some magic and I could then add my virtual visa to PP. As the reason why the card couldn't be linked they said because I'm in one country and the card is from other country. Whatever.

Well, no, because idiot me clicked on standard shipping instead of expedited, and later contacted support and ask them if they could change it to expedited, but they said nope. But that's my fault anyway.

I ordered free replacement Visa on May 16., but your system still gives me another FREE Visa to order (because I can click on "order" Visa and it keep saying the cost is 0,00$ and free shiping). Previously I had just one plastic MC card. Can you check is that a bug or you really want me to order another free Visa plastic card

Indeed, in the newsletter they said MC will work for the next 60 days, but no mention of disabling top-up immidiately. Basically no one can use ATM anymore, until new card arrive.
