If you want to live longer, you must listen to your body. Don't take your body for granted. And you should have a reason too why would you like to live longer.
Listening to one's own body is pretty basic which a lot of people are often guilty with not doing. But what really got me interesting to quote you on this one, is the fact that one's reason for living longer does makes a lot of sense too, come to think of it?
I agree that life without reason for being, even if you're healthy, is nothing really to live for instead.

And this got me thinking too, that maybe, this is why we have those so-called bucket list instead, in order to compensate during the latter parts of our lives. Take the plunge, internally or externally instead, it doesn't matter really? For me.
Internally, meaning.. by taking in liquids, and externally.. by taking a bath instead?
Well, this is very basic, of course.

Initiative Q is an attempt by ex-PayPal guys to create a new payment system instead of credit cards that were designed in the 1950s. Before I did believe it, but now I do not anymore. There a lot of unexplained things in this world, but this is something that's possibly just man made only, to promote a more sinister agenda instead.

Hi admin, I believe the comment (above) was in reference to the post I've quoted below!
Not only those who have small to medium business but even students and dreamers who have an idea but dont know how to spec and those who always wanted to be a founder and for those students wanting to build a project this is the best platform that could help them.
I feel the potential of this project, but I do not fully understand the way to solve this problem.
