For me this whole Panxora with their AICoin-tokens and now their IMERS-tokens is a scam...raising money from investors without any support afterwards.
I hope this message reaches people before they consider investing into these recently launched IMERS-tokens.

May I ask how this ended ?
Were you eventually able to withdraw ?

I'm in a similar situation, not on the Panxora CEX itself but on a ICO dashboard they've created in 2017.

I can't understand how this platform is still viable anno 2022, in a volatile market like crypto's.

For me it feels like Panxora took advantage of the ICO hype in 2017, and now they try to do the same with the NFT-hype (a bit late though), leaving the ICO-investors without any support.

In 2017 I invested a small amount into this AICOIN. 
I'm in the process of converting all my investments back into fiat (for legal/fiscal reasons), but this token is the only hassle to convert:

• The tokens are still allocated within https://account.aicoin.io
• I did a withdrawal request on 2022/05/24
• After that I opened a support ticket at https://jira.panxora.io
• I got a quick response, stating there's a human task behind these withdrawals.
• I've sent them several reminders after, but got treated with complete radio silence.

I'm starting to think this project has been phased out somehow, and I lost my investment.
More than 50 days between a withdrawal request and the withdrawal itself...even in the beginning of crypto in 2012/2013 this wasn't reasonable.

Anyone experiencing the same ?
