Re: game-like online job scams, have your heard of this?
by
icalical
on 11/01/2025, 15:15:19 UTC
This is not new thing, I have almost joined the supposedly scam job, they actually pays for the first few job, it start with very small payment actually $3-$5 and simple job like liking youtube video or social media post, and they actually sent you the money. And then they will offer you bigger payment, like $20-$30 per job, before that you will need to pay like entry ticket to join the bigger job. But then after you sent that entry ticket fee they will make-up some reason, and even ask you for another fee, some people lured further because they don't want to waste the money they already sent. They mostly do this through telegram group.

Re: If Bitcoin become a mainstream in the future what will be it impacts to the
by

If Bitcoin becoming a mainstream payment system in the future there will be no banks controlling our money ,and the ideal of faster more cheap international payment will be more interesting . imagine  sending money to someone with out any fees ,well it will mainly reduce the government control over citizen ,but  first bitcoin most become known to the world .so what are your taught on this topic

Payment in Bitcoin is promising, with faster and generally cheaper international transactions without the need for banks. With such prospects, it might give more control over money to people. However there are some things that discourage people from using Bitcoin for regular payment. The price of Bitcoin being highly volatile makes its everyday use tricky. Unclear regulations and costs are a concern for businesses that would accept Bitcoin, and the network is slow and expensive during high traffic. Although Bitcoin offers many potential benefits  like reduced fees and decentralization, to reach actual mainstream status will first have to tackle some current limitations.

Re: Am I too late to begin thinking of investing in Bitcoin?
by
icalical
on 11/01/2025, 09:57:22 UTC
Good day to everyone on this Bitcoin platform.
I've only come to know about Bitcoin now, and from the things I have heard about Bitcoin I was thinking of trying to invest but on a second thought a part of me seems I have come to know about this too late.
I really do not mind purchasing a little fraction of it and holding for a long time but like I said I still feel like am here too late and that Bitcoin has reached a level where only those who are well to do enough can indulge in it's trade.

Is my being aware of Bitcoin now too late or do I still have a chance?

I can understand why you feel like you're late to Bitcoin, but this isn't necessarily so. Bitcoin reach a new all-time high recently, and yes, there is one very real risk of major correction, however a lot of people believe it could reach $150,000 or even $200,000 this year. There is also noise about probable growth on the back of talks of a national Bitcoin reserve. The good news is, you do not have to buy 1 full Bitcoin. Many investors start small and usually go for the long term. Just remember, crypto is unpredictable, so only invest what you are comfortable risking. There's still plenty of action ahead with Bitcoin, it's never too late to invest in Bitcoin, just find good timing.

Re: Is buying Bitcoin and holding a Good Retirement plan?
by
icalical
on 11/01/2025, 07:38:59 UTC

My idea is , since one is coming from a country like mine where there's hardly any good retirement plan for those who plan on retiring, then is it really ideal to buy Bitcoin as an asset and hold for Good returns despite it's volatility.
Although it might take time to witness a tremendous return.
But is this really an ideal idea?

If things work out, Bitcoin could prove to be that game changer, still risks are going to have to be considered, even if there is potential to huge profit, especially if you are planning to use it as something that is very important like retirement planning. I believe investing in Bitcoin will pay off e eventually, if you hold it and do believe in its future, though I would also suggest to diversify. Invest in Bitcoin, but at the same time look for other more stable option like real estate, stocks, or businesses. Therefore, you will be ready for ups and downs in Bitcoin, and you can still partake in the growth of it.

Re: Change your association if you want to change your current economic position
by
icalical
on 11/01/2025, 06:20:25 UTC

It's also true for we as humans being because we should be always be careful of the association that we find ourselves self because any association that is not impacting into you should be stopped because

I do agree with the fact that we need to distance ourself from negative people. But just to cut them off because they aren't helping us is too far, I guess. Sometimes people do have struggles, and they can't give it back at that moment, that doesn't mean they don't matter. On the same note, progress is mostly about your attitude and your action, while people around maybe have some effect but not that much compared to those two factors. You might be in a circle of great people, but if you are not trying, you just won't gain anything. If you think it is a good time to reassess your associations, maybe it also be a good time to support people who are struggling and need your help.

Re: What is the most important thing skills or business in the success of anyone
by
icalical
on 10/01/2025, 21:34:23 UTC
In life it's not easy finding your finding your way to the top of the ladder of success as no body actually knows what he/she destiny is but only hustle until they becomes somebody either by following their passion by going to acquire relevant skills which will be helpful to the destiny of the individual or going into business

This lead me to think and want to ask this question what is really the most important thing when it comes to the success of an individual it's through going to acquire a skill or business or even other factors that I didn't mention in my write-up

I do agree that hard work and hustle are crucial parts of success, but we cannot deny other privileges, connection, and timing, which will surely get us more opportunity to be successful. Not everyone's passion has market value, and sometimes our passion won't make much money, we need to compromise and work on something we don't enjoy just to survive. Having skills is good, but skills have to be paralleled with opportunity and the facility for self promotion. I believe success is the combination of working hard, appropriate timing, network building, and luck. Hustling does matter, yet it isn't everything, simply because life is full of too many variables to attribute one's success just to a particular way of working.

Re: Dont be ignorant of BTC scammers

Actually, avoiding the scam of a fake transaction MO is easy because whether transactions are valid or not we can see them on the blockchain. Normally, scammers are using photoshopped screenshot or other dodgy wallet applications, therefore verification for everything needs to be conducted. I do agree that FOMO is a great tool for fraudsters, and an uncontrollable rush into investments without thinking is very dangerous. Of course research helps, but even then, experienced users get fooled. Better stick to well known platforms, double check the addresses, and don't take random offers.

Re: 2025 Invest into the Agricultural sector
by
icalical
on 10/01/2025, 10:35:48 UTC
2025 is here and one sector that people has been ignoring is the Agricultural sector but critically looking at the agricultural sector it has been under utilized as every one is actually looking elsewhere but this is one sector that actually has a lot of great potential

Infact just last week there was a report that cocoa an agricultural product out perform Bitcoin and a lot of people didn't believe it or some are even surprised about the news but that is the fact as agriculture is key to any nation that is serious about development and economic growth as it's only a people who has eaten that can be talking about development

So this year I want to encourage people to make appropriate investment in the Agricultural sector as it has percentage on return on investment

Agriculture investment equally has its challenges, such as crop diseases and natural disasters, which affect the agriculture sector more than most other investments, hence discouraging production despite high prices. This goes to show that though agriculture may be profitable, it is not exactly straightforward. Any investor who may want to invest should consider these risks and complexities. All that being said, I believe with correct strategy and being cautious, investing in agriculture could get you good profit and stable passive income in the long run, since agriculture industry will never dies.

Re: I need a Bitcoin investment advice
by

First I would like to say that you have a good start, especially storing your Bitcoin in a cold wallet, more secure and it's important. I am quite sure that nobody times the market 100% correctly everytime, even professionals. Yes, Bitcoin might be very volatile, but if held for some years, the price usually pays off. It's smart that short term drops won't scare you, but no one truly knows if it'll skyrocket or dip further. Rather than going all in, consider DCA, buy smaller amounts over time.  Since you invest such an enormous amount, spreading your entry may turn out to be less stressful for you and quite strategic. Though you probably won't need it, but good luck with your investment!

Buying bulk definitely lead to safe money, except for something like snacks because it will be disappear fast no matter how much we buy or fruit that better fresh. I mostly buy bulk for vegetables and meal ingredients, limiting my grocery list so I won't overspend. I also batch cook, it saves time and discourage me to buy take outs. Though most of this only safe small money, but it will add up in the long run.

Re: Why bitcoin is king
by

on 10/01/2025, 01:45:23 UTC
Bitcoin is stands out by its simplicity, security, and the fact that it was the first decentralized digital currency. It boasts a huge network and hash rate, which makes it very secure. While altcoins are aims to claim better scalability and innovation of Bitcoin, which lead to faster transaction and lower fees. I still believe, up until now Bitcoin is the best virtual store of value due to its wide adoption, altcoins often use advanced features but are more volatile and less secure because they react to vulnerabilities much more slowly. It all depends on the trade off between proven reliability with Bitcoin and innovative yet riskier altcoins. All that being said, I have seen Bitcoin has been quite innovative in recent years, I doubt that Altcoins can keep up, if Bitcoin keep being innovative and making break through.

Re: Can Bitcoin Achieve Privacy While Maintaining Transparency?
by
icalical
on 09/01/2025, 14:09:53 UTC
Transparency is good for Bitcoin trust but it's bad for Bitcoin privacy. And as far as I know Advanced blockchain analysis tools can trace transactions while privacy tools such as mixers do exist but have faced issues ranging from regulatory crackdowns due to links with illegal activities, such as the 2022 sanctions on Tornado Cash. Better privacy options can be explored, but they might conflict with Bitcoin's core feature. Much privacy may finally hurt transparency, which is actually very helpful to attain trust and security. It is tricky to create a balance between privacy and transparency, improvements are achievable, but with the structure of Bitcoin, it might never get full both.
