The whole Mining-Pool over the 4-year period is running through our smart-contract which is also responsible for the SMT tokens (ICO & Distribution).
For this reason only ETH participation can be processed (by the smart-contract itself).
This model is unique until now in the cloud-mining sector, as normally cloud-mining providers do not share the whole company revenue with their clients, and of course do not allow clients to take a detailed view into their internal accounting.
With Smart Mining clearly the token holders does get with 80% of the mining revenue the lion share, and almost all of our accounting will happen on the Blockchain for transparency to our clients.
However, our smart-contract is limited by Ethereums current limitations, which is in this case in detail the gas-cost to update a clients mining-result in the smart-contract, which costs more than 5,000 gas.
To make a profitable and working business model in this first approach, we need to raise 12,800 ETH but are not allowed to get to many clients to exceed Ethereum limitation.
For this reason, our minimum participation amount is by default 20ETH, but can be lowered for a small amount of clients.

After a hopefully sold out ICO and finished project, we plan to distribute in the future multiple dynamically sized SMT smart-contracts for future projects, which are registered and deployed dynamically through our homepage. But this is our long-term vision, which builds on the premises that this project will be a success first.
For this reason only ETH participation can be processed (by the smart-contract itself).

- We collect the needed EUR 2,000,000 in the Mining Pool (ICO) at https://smart-mining.io
- We build up 131.6 GH/s Ethash mining hashpower (graphic-cards, flexible to mine different coins).
- Our operation-costs during the contract-period of 4-years will be about EUR 30,500 each month.
- All token-holders will receive the whole profit of the mining-operation (131.6GH/s mining-result deducted by the operation-costs of 30,500)!
As the result of this, the Smart Mining client hashrate can fluctuate heavy as currently because of this low Ether price but high difficulty levels (To pay for the operation-costs, many mined Ether must be sold currently).
For this reason we developed the Smart Mining "Result Calculator" on our website, where you can slide through the past weeks, to expect how your "profit, or resulting hashrate" will look like during our 4-year contract period.
The Calculator will show you the pure client net-profit, already deducted by all costs, there are no hidden fees!
Anyway, if the Cryptocurrency price rise or the difficulty is lowered or any other case, you as SMT token holder will benefit totally alone from it, as the company (Smart Mining ehf.) will deduct the total mining results only by the common operation costs!
Our EUR per MH/s is the best on the market still now during this hard price-situation, but the ICO-target is 2,000,000 EUR to build up the hardware, so it does not matter that Cryptocurrency itself is cheap now, because this is helping us currently to get cheap offers for our mining-hardware.
The resulting price for our clients Dynamic Hashrate / Dynamic Price will become much better automatically when the Cryptocurrency situation will be better, and then our clients are well prepared with huge smart-contract secured hashrate to the absolutely best price!
Of course, Smart Mining will take votes with token holders for important decisions about the mining-operation!

It's hard to extend the running contracts with our service providers, as we already have for example the invoice for the new transformer-station of ~ 32.000 EUR already waiting in our online-banking to be paid.
We prepared all to deliver on our roudmaps schedule, as you can see the whole project should be finished already in January, so it's pretty hard to extend at least long time.
In our Mining Pool Agreement is written that the Subscription Period can be extended by 2-weeks if it will not sell out - but already this is hard to arrange with our service-providers.
Of course the current timing is not the best for this project, but it's the only we have...

1. Yes, the pool will be online till the last miner leave which tries to finish current round.
2. I stopped automatic unlocker/payout engine and current round (if it will be finished) will be processed manually still with 0% pool-fee. Next rounds will be 5% pool fee to prevent further miners.
The current round variance is already high with >100%, but all big miners leaved the pool already before this announcement.
Maybe someone will come back because they got many shares in current round.

Ethereum Mining Pool must unfortunately close in next days.
Servers are still running at known high performance, but we raised from now pool fee to 5% and will shutdown after miners leaved.
We just process Payouts to all miners which reached at least 0.000000001 ETH which was till now under the payout threshold.
