Devs: Please Check how "dev images" at https://myhush.org/ appear on 1024x768 resolution. Styling Code correction required for the dev images part of the page.
A website need to be tested to see how it looks in different resolutions and browsers.
Sometimes a small styling error can produce funny layout like the one mentioned above.

Secure Sockets Layer https://www.btch.host/ is down
Only http://www.btch.host/ is working
I sent some coins to coinexhange, arrived very fast, but stuck at confirmations. 2/20 confirmations since more than 2 hours now. Apparently due to explorer issue.

I also noticed that you can see the balance of any address in this explorer (the http://www.btch.host), so the claimed 'privacy' is not true about this coin.

They aren't really reluctant to list coins or tokens, are they? I think the only condition you have to fulfill is 100k USD trading volume per day.

Many coin with less than 100k 24volume are listed. They are adding new coins all the time.
Check this:

https://imgur.com/j54z2ru

 BnkToTheFuture  17k
 NaPoleonX   15k

and many others on the page https://coinmarketcap.com/new/
(not appearing in the screenshot )

Even newer coins have been listed.
The only reason for not being listed, I think is "Coin Has A Lazy Team" , unfortunately.

icryptonator, instead of posting so many quotes and stating redundant information that's been covered over and over, you could have just checked past pages.
All exchanges NEM wallets are offline. The Buy 5k Sats Trick is a temporary work around for confirmed deposits for all coins on cryptopia. Coinpayments.net was shown to be laundering the stolen XEM. Please just read the latest info on forum.
Sounds you are a bit nervous!! and trying to act as a teacher, telling other members what to post and what not to. I will ignore that, as I dont want to waste time in useless arguments.

I purchased xem from bittrex and sent them to my account at cryptopia. They arrived there and the deposit was confirmed but did not appear in my wallet.
Surely at that time, Bittrex wallet was online.
So your comment of [All Nem wallets are offline] does not apply.
(I did not check the current status of Bittrex wallet since my funds were received at Cryptopia.)

Secondly please read carefully my post - if you want to be helpful as your slogan indicates.
I said I came across this [Buy 5k sats trick].
It is not a fair requirement to get your funds in your wallet, even if this applies to other coins.
How it was known to users?
Most likely someone from their side, acting as a user, posted it as a [Trick/ workaround] while it is/could be a requirement.
And if it is so widely known, why they did not fix their system?

Thirdly I was wondering if this mess might have connection with the issue of stolen coins, and the probability of them being moved to other exchanges.

I am afraid I did not find your post of any help.

I would open a ticket. In case there is a real issue requiring their specific involvement in your case, you will want to get in the queue (currently 28 days predicted wait period)
If they resolve the issue before then, and your deposit shows up. Please close your support ticket.
Creating a ticket for failed XEM deposits will also show how important NEM is to the community, and exemplify our demand for smooth XEM deposits.

Im hearing that Cryptopia are telling some of their users that support tickets are currently taking 45 days to resolve!

It's outrageous. It seems to me that this greatly spoils the reputation of the exchange. People lose confidence in such exchanges. I hope that the exchange will solve your problem.

I came across this just now:

https://imgur.com/ix6UchF
(could not insert the image, so I posted the link to it)

This is more outrageous. I mean Forcing us to buy xem, from them obviously, in order to get our deposits available to us.
Second thought: Does this have connection with stolen xems?
http://bitcoinist.com/blockchain-forensics-coincheck-stolen-nem/
Definetley stolen coins had been moving to other exchanges, and the process of following route will take some time.

Anybody knows how to add Hush to BarterDex? It is not in the default coins. (windows version)?

Hush is on BarterDEX for a long time. Are you sure you are using the correct release? From this repo: https://github.com/KomodoPlatform/BarterDEX

BarterDex Version 1.3.5
isn't that the latest one? it just does not show up the Hush Coin

Actually I built it up using the windows installer barterDex.Setup.1.3.5.exe which I downloaded from this site
https://github.com/buildog/BarterDEX/releases

Can you generate a hush deposit adress on cryptopia? I just error messages and support queue is 24 days for tickets.

Same here
Cryptopia is auwful now in respect of deposits and withdrawals of some coins.
Apparently they use paper and pencil not servers  Grin.
I was trying to ask about a deposit that did not appear in my account hours later, and there was a message asking me to wait at least one week, before asking about deposit.
Hopefully they will not close and run away with our coins.
I do not recommend them at all till things clear up.

In the Agama wallet there is an experimental mode in the settings, maybe there is one in BarterDex as well?

No such mode in the BarterDex. No support reply

Coinomi supports all Bitcoin forks, but BTCH is not there.

BTCH is a merge fork of 3 separate assets into a Komodo ~250MB asset chain, it is cutting edge stuff, it will take a while for exchanges to work out how to list it, we need to be patient, exchanges are all overwhelmed now, they go for the low hanging fruit first i.e the easy forks

afaik the best way to access BTCH is via BarterDEX (that's how I got my bitcoin gold), from there you can send to exchanges when they're ready.

BTCH is clearly the most advanced fork to date, give it time.

Adding coin to Coinomi , Jaxx, Exodus and such widely used mobile multi-coin wallets will help generate awareness of Hush and BTCH existense among users of the wallets.

I know most of us, in the hush community, have found their way through agama and the online Hush wallet.
But listing on other wallets will be kind of marketing to others.

Below is copied from Coinomi reply on adding electroneum to their wallet:
" We do accept requests from a coin's community, and it helps us gauge the interest a certain coin is generating. But /u/camobit is correct, it is essential that we have a direct contact with the developers of the coin. In the case of Electroneum, being a Monero fork, it will be much easier to integrate once we have added XMR into our app."

Hush can easily be added to coinomi -  if the devs contact Coinomi - since Hush is a fork of zcash which is already listed in coinomi

There are Excellent coins that fail and some inferior ones that get publicity. It is marketing, advertising, spreading the word about your existence.
That is where Hush and BTCH are far behind.
e.g.
Coinomi supports all Bitcoin forks, but BTCH is not there.
CoinDar.org lists Events and news related to altcoins. Nothing about Hush or BTCH (except the airdrop)
There is no mobile wallet for either Hush or BTCH.
No website for BTCH not as far as I know (Only single page about the airdrop)
BTCH is not listed on any exchange.
No chinese version of the Hush site. No korean one either. (The most altcoin fans)

I beleive Hush and BTCH have growth potential, but without strong marketing little can be acheived.

Hi guys! I have two questions.

1. Why can not Bytecoin be withdrawn from the Poloniex exchange? They write that there are problems with a Bytecoin network.

2. Can someone tell me why the developers of this crypto currency needed an emission of 180 billion (!) Coins? Huh This is much more than the entire population of the Earth. Huh

1. I dont know
2. Such that each person on earth may have roughly 25 bcn to spend not just 1.  Grin

Re: Dinastycoin. Team members. CryptoNote. MANDATORY UPDATE. GUI-Wallet.

I could not do this. I backed up the wallet, saved the keys, but did not enable the option to send the coins.

Just when I create a new wallet, I get the send option is available for this new wallet, which by the way is empty. When I opening the old wallet, it is still impossible to withdraw.

You could try from command line and import your old wallet using your keys.

See this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FWMMoGJSl04

It is for other coin but the process is similar to that.

When using command line wallet you must have a daemon started, this is for Linux but the same thing should work for windows (using windows apps of course) and then the daemon (walletd or something that ends with d) must sync the entire blockchain. And then in other window you launch command line wallet and import the old one using your keys (as in this video).

The simplewallet.exe not reconize the arg --generate-from-keys.
The option to send becomes available in the GUI wallet when sync. is completed. It takes some time to sync. If that is the case wait till it is sync.

My wallet was sync. till someday in Feb 2018. Then one day I faced that error. When I added this reindex=1 to theconfig it started sync from Nov 22, 2016.
So I cancelled. Not another 24 hours sync.

I had a problem with the wallet HUSH on Windows 10. For several weeks now I can not enter my wallet. When I run it, I get such an error. How to solve this problem?

Screenshot of the error in the attachment.
http://pavelg.beget.tech/husj-err.png

I am having the same exact problem, any fix? "A general unexpected critical error has occurred."

I had the same problem (windows 7).
I think the server that GUI Wallet connects to, is down (See error message).
However, the downladed version of the online wallet works fine. I tested it by sending 0.01 Hush to cryptopia.
I also found out that Agama wallet supports Hush as well (no blockchain sync.)
So I recommend Agama (As long as you have your keys)

Hey everyone,

Firstly, if you haven't seen instructions on how to receive your BTCH airdrop you can find them at: http://btchush.org/airdrop/.

Secondly, we have a very good start on rounding out our new marketing team and want to reach out to the community to continue to bring on the best and brightest. If you have professional marketing experience please send us examples of your work and a resume. At this time we are looking for verifiable work history (open source projects and cryptocurrency experience will, of course, send you to the top of the pile.) The marketing role is more than sending out tweets, we need people on the marketing team who can bring creative ideas on getting Hush's branding and development into the spotlight, where it belongs.

Likewise, we are already speaking to handful of developers who appear to have the drive and ability to take Hush to the next phase of our plan and want to hear from others as well. Send resumes, GitHub, and/or work examples.

Community outreach is important to us. After the recent reorganization, we are in need of Discord moderators who can ensure our forums are respectful and allow for diverging opinions without causing harm to Hush or the community itself. It is especially important in this role to be known by the community. If you are interested (or better yet, have a recommendation) please PM a moderator on Discord.

All invitations to join the above teams are considered trials to be added to the core team in the future. Our goal is to build the core team with the strongest, brightest, and most creative individuals possible. In the meantime, you will see members come and go on these teams until the right people find the right positions both for themselves and for Hush.

This is good, but does not look to be in favor of the decentralization concept.
More or less it looks like someone recruiting staff to join his compay.
I would suggest, receiving suggestions from the community - in addition to your own suggestions of course - in respect of roadmap, and providing a means for voting for each suggestion and the corresponding reward to whomever will carry out and execute, if approved by the community.
Also the rewards for each job should be agreed by the Hush community not the core team only.
The core team, in my openion, should be - in addition to existing ones - advisors with experience in financial institutions who can help promote Hush on a higher level and check feasibility of the community suggestions before voting and give recommendations.
I think involving the community in the project as partners - not employees - can give better results in the long run, and help avoid any unwanted gaps in future.
Meanwhile if are just interested in recruiting staff, you can find hundreds of freelancers at Upwork.

It seems that more people had left the Hush team.
Only two are showing up on the Hush website now "Duke Leto" and "Clamoring".
Explorer seems to be down again (12:40 AM UTC)

Update: Now it is working 1:12 AM UTC

BTCH is part of SuperNET/Komodo ecosystem now, doesn't matter who Hush devs are now, the show goes on regardless.

What about Hush coin itself?

Any news yet on getting BTCH listed on any exchange?
(Just curious to know what the price would be)
