After this purchase, his main balance became $70 and has stayed the same since. If he had bought two cards as he claimed, his balance would be at most $40. On August 31, he began posting false reviews, claiming we closed both of his cards (although he only had one, which he never used). This indicates his intent was to damage our reputation. We blocked his account and asked him why he did this, but he remained silent. He continues to accuse us of unfair practices, yet we suffered losses from his actions. We offered a full refund if he deleted the fake reviews and admitted he lied, but he persists in misleading others. He also claimed to have spoken to our chatbot in August, but we only launched it in September. All these facts show he’s dishonest, and further communication with him is a waste of time.

You can’t show any evidence simply because you’re a liar! If you had asked for help via email (like many of our users do), you could easily show the email where you requested assistance to unblock your cards. It’s obvious because even our bot (which you claimed to have spoken to, wasn’t operational at the time) directs users to email us for complex issues. But you can’t, because you’re lying. Sorry. but he's driving me nuts. it was better if he never sent me an email asking for a review on trustpilot because I have already forgotten the experience I had with them and the money. since you're a Leganday member, I'm more than willing to prove my claim by allowing you remote access to my email and I know its showing off, but to show how much money I still have in my crypto balance and bank account comparing to his rant for my $100.
don't confuse with the screenshot. its the screenshot of the emails, so its a later stage communication. the issue here is the first stage of communication when I tried to find support on their website when cards were declined even after trying bins. I found a chatbot located in the bottom right of their website and got frustrated. that's it. ask him about the duration when did I started talking. or let me upload them myself. see.
JULY 26 - I deposited funds.
AUG 30 - 35 days later they asked me for the review
OCTOBER 8 - after 2 months and after leaving review and getting a flagged review email from trustpilot I came to remember I used their service and then I replied to their email else, as I said before. I forgot about them.
