I'm having the exact same problem as well. Pretty unlucky if this really is a hardware malfunction. I don't know about you but the waiting period to get this delivered was horrible.

What was your order/pay date and what did you order?

I made multiple orders. The one being shipped now was an order from october to be shipped in november. I didn't get a tracking number though, it says in the mail they will send it later.

In all honesty, I'd rather have a little less information so they focus on production than them spending hours and hours and hours on answering everybody's question "where is my order"

You are assuming that everyone is just asking "where is my order". When I contacted them initially it was to ask about shipment and to purchase more equipment.

There is a multitude of questions that would require being answered by the seller for the purchase to be successful.
Here are some examples:

-If someone initially asked for an item to be delivered at address A. but afterwards needs it to go to address B. The person sends a mail to the seller asking for the change but doesn't get any response. The package is sent to address A. and the buyer isn't able to communicate with the seller, doesn't know if the package was sent or not etc.

-If the buyer marked the package for pick up but now wants to change the form of delivery.

-If the wrong item was purchased by accident and needs to be changed to the correct one.

I can come up with a couple more reasons why they should be responding to the mails in a timely manner instead of just ignoring the mailbox completely.

Edit: I just got a mail from technobit saying my order is being shipped. I just called the police to put the charge on hold until I get my order.

The thing is, there is nothing illegal in being delayed or having bad communications.
People should stop swinning the scam-bat at companies who so clearly aren't scammers.
Like I said before, the entire BTC hardware world is all about delays and bad communication. If you can't handle that, don't pre-order stuff and get overpriced products somewhere else.

I'm hoping it's not a scam. But the combination of the two things you mentioned are a recipe for disaster.
A delay in delivery with no response from the provider, where does that leave a customer?

Re: Avalon2 based miner from Technobit - HEX16A2

I can only talk for my self. I'm pretty satisfied with the Service of technobit. The miner arrived in a reasonable time frame and the price performance ratio is very good.
The could improve the comunication with their costumers but i can understand if they dont focus on answering 1000 times the same question and focusing instead on delivering the miners.

If they reply to the first mail that a customer sends them, the customer isn't left in wondering and won't send any more mails. If the customer isn't lied to about the delivery date, then he won't send any mails asking about shipment.

Putting some time in customer service isn't a waste of time. Technobit is also getting so many mails with the same questions because it's a big issue that was left unanswered. Ignoring the client is one of the stupidest things you can do.

Any reasonable person will pardon a delay if they are given a legitimate reason.

I went to the police station today to make a criminal charge. They seem to be taking this issue very seriously. Too many people have been complaining about not having received anything and not being able to contact technobit.

It's now been 45 days that i've been sending mails to technobit and I haven't gotten a single response. Not through mail, phone or their site messaging system...

If technobit is able to provide me and my friends with the orders that were made, i'll drop the charge and notify everyone on this forum that technobit is not a scam. But right now all signs are pointing to yes.

Edit: I just got a mail from technobit saying my order is being shipped. I just called the police to put the charge on hold until I get my order.

Re: Hi guys! New comer here! I want to buy from Technobit.eu

Be advised,

Their customer support is non existent and they don't seem to reply to mails sent by their customers. A lot of people have been complaining about not receiving their order after more than 1-2 months of it being reported on their website it's been shipped. It also appears as if they send newsletters to their customers regarding shipment dates. But those dates don't seem to be real and could be made up just to keep the customers calm for a couple more days.

In short: More and more people are starting to think technobit is a scam or horrible at managing a company. Either way, it might be wise to stay away.

I have an order for November, placed in October that still hasn't arrived. It's more than one month overdue already. The same is the case for an order of a friend.
No point in mailing technobit. They won't answer.

I wouldn't of bought anything at technobit had I read threads like this one beforehand.

Scam or not, their helpdesk is non existent. And they are not capable of delivering on time in a market where every day mining becomes increasingly harder.

I have never written any reviews for a service or product, but they got me so frustrated with their lack of responsiveness. I just had to say something about it.

Save yourself some trouble, buy somewhere else. You've been warned.
