you get a lot of small payments from many different paypal accounts.---> correct

nobody knows where they got these accounts from, if they control them legitimately or whatever. ---> correct

i personally know several people who got their paypal permanently banned for using hiribi / p4ay ---> I have 2 papal accounts bloqued by paypal.
