What is your bonus plan for pre-ICO?

Thanks for your question. There will be 1 mln of tokens generated during a pre-ICO (preROCK). The price of 1 preROCK=0,003 ETH
Bonus for initial pre-ICO investors:
·
15-08-17 (UTC 12:00) -
18-08-17 (UTC 12:00) – investor gets +60% tokens bonus;
·
18-08-17 (UTC 12:00) –
22-08-17 (UTC 12:00) – investor gets +50% tokens bonus;
·
22-08-17 (UTC 12:00) –
29-08-17 (UTC 12:00) –investor gets +40% tokens bonus;
·
29-08-17 (UTC 12:00) –
05-09-17 (UTC 12:00) –investor gets +30% tokens bonus;
preROCK will be exchanged to ROCK during the ICO where 1 preROCK=1 ROCK

And can I do anything with the preROCK? How do I spend it?

preROCK will be exchanged to ROCK during the ICO where 1 preROCK=1 ROCK
It’s easy to do. You just send preROCK from your wallet to our wallet and get ROCK instantly. Hope this helps

Can you explain further, we recieve preROCK but where is the ROCK adress to send to?

Is there anyway to sign a LTC message if it was sent using Segwit from Trezor?

Would it as a last resort be possible to export the private seed and find out the Legacy adress it was sent from?

See https://blog.trezor.io/trezor-beta-wallet-supports-segwit-on-litecoin-b4762ad8ec32

I have already read that link, it didn't help me with my question

Then go to /r/Trezor where they hang out and ask a developer

thanks for the suggestion, I have to check that out.

mostlikely it looks like I'm going to loose all my LTC goddamnit Sad

I participated in a ICO using LTC however my Trezor has been converted to Segwit, now I would like to know if there is a way to sign this message.

The ICO support has told me to use this guide for blockchain.info:

https://github.com/OmniLayer/omniwallet/wiki/Exporting-Private-Key-from-Blockchain.info-and-Importing-to-Omniwallet.org

maybe I can download the LTC Core wallet and import the 24 word SEED & the segwit adress would show as Legacy adress?

Can I use the Trezor beta wallet and use Trezor MyEtherWallet to purchase EOS tokens and claim them later?

maybe I need to create new MyEtherWallet not connected to Trezor for EOS tokens?

Quote
If you are using MyEtherWallet, the instructions to claim are here

For address and ABI / JSON Interface, enter the information above and click Access
Click ClaimAll from the function dropdown
Load in your wallet file and unlock it
Click Write
set Amount to Send to 0 and Gas Limit to 3141592
Click Generate Transaction

any disadvantages if too high fee?
by

currently the fee is around 2usd for priority, there is a ICO that I want to participate in, if I pay 10usd as fee I get first in line in mined block to guarantee participation?

is there any disadvantage with having 10usd fee, maybe the transaction get cancelled?

any difference playing 2usd fee, 10usd fee, 100usd fee?
the biggest fee gets first into the mined block?

I wrote this passphrase twice, I saw that the first time I wrote it down I missed one word, but second time I wrote it down it has all the 12 words.
but it's not working, maybe misspelled word or wrong order of one of the word.

these are all small letters, no capital letters I assume?

The passphrase has to be typed exactly as you did it when you created your account.

If you used the word seed generated by the Nxt client, yes, it's all small letters, the word order, even white space matters. Check that there is no white space at the end of the word seed, some word editors add it when you copy-paste from them and you will not be able to log in to your account if you have this whitespace accidental character at the end while it wasn't there when the account was created. Every single characters matters, otherwise you'll open a different account, not yours.

I wrote down the passphrase with pen and paper, I added whitespace after each word and now it no longer says passphrase incorrect however it says insufficient funds so I guess I opened another NXT account and not my own then?

Seems like my Ardor might be gone forever, maybe I'll try get in contact with someone PC savy that can try figure out this mess in exchange for some of the Ardor.

I seem to have forgotten my passphrase but I still have my 11 word seed.

I also have NXT installed and can see my NXT adress and see the total Ardor assets in NXT Desktop.

Is there anyway for my to figure out the passphrase?

this message pops up on dashboard main:
Warning!: Your account does not have a public key! This means it's not as protected as other accounts. You must make an outgoing transaction to fix this issue. (Set account info, send a message, buy an alias, send NXT, ...)

maybe 10-20years from now I can brute force passphrase with strong PC?

The word seed generated by the Nxt client IS your passphrase. Not sure what problem you experience, can you provide more details?

So I have to type in the 12 word seed to send Ardor?
I tried typing in the 12word seed as passphrase but still says incorrect passphrase, damn I might have just lost my ardor

You have to type your passphrase. The Nxt client generates a word seed which is the passphrase. The passphrase can be anything, but for new users this automatically generated word seed is a very good choice because it has high entropy and impossible to bruteforce. If the passphrase is lost, access to the account is lost in most cases. You're your own bank.

I wrote this passphrase twice, I saw that the first time I wrote it down I missed one word, but second time I wrote it down it has all the 12 words.

this is propably nothing to worry about but I recently purchased 3 trezor devices, 2 of these had the usual tear to the box because of the strong glue, the third trezor device however the glue cleanly only was left on one side while the other side had no glue or tear marks.
I did use a knife to open these 3 as I know the glue is strong/sticky.

I'm assuming this was either lucky or just bad quality glue and nothing I need to worry about?

https://www.coingecko.com/buzz/trezor-bitcoin-hardware-wallet-review
as in this review 3rd picture has tear visible to the box, on one of my device box there was no tear at all and all of the glue stuck to one side of the box while the other side was completely free from glue / signs of tear.

edit--> as far as I can tell all 3 had the holo sticker in 100% mint condition, plastic wrap, although the plastic wrap had holes in corners on one of the boxes but this is due to shipping I assume.

If the box had no signs of tampering then it should be fine. In case of doubt, you can send the pictures to support@trezor.io and our Support Team will have a look at it!

does this mean that the Trezor OS and other stuff that makes it all work is written to it the first time I plug it in to PC?

Kinda. The device is shipped without OS, it is loaded when your first initialize it.

mostlikely it's nothing to worry about Smiley , btw when setting up a brand new trezor device it seems at first setup the device is completely wiped?

Well I'm not a tech expert but my impression when plugging in a new unused trezor device was that it was wiped/formatted, I'm assuming it's a safety security procedure.

I have a question about 1st august 2017, If BTC becomes like Ethereum (ETH and ETH-classic), will both bitcoin blockchains be visible on trezor and we can see both BTC wallet balances?
So when sending coins after 1st august we don't loose coins on one of the blockchains using trezor.

Do not worry.  That is correct behavior.

Every time you spend Bitcoins all the Bitcoins from the source address are used and the address is thrown away.  Kind of like spending a $1000 bill.

The amount you spend is sent to the receiver's address.

The change is sent back to you on a new change address.

Change addresses come from a different list of addresses inside your Trezor than your normal receive addresses.

Your Trezor is operating correctly.

thanks for assuring me it is working correct Smiley

I still don't understand why I can't see the new "change address" in my trezor?
in fact only way for me to see it is tracking the transaction on blockchain.

However my wallet balance total is correct on trezor.

I wonder if all my bitcoins are safe or if I need to move all my coins to a new 24key seed?

I have many bitcoinadresses containing BTC, recently I made a small send where I sent 0.20btc to a person.

before sending any btc to anyone just recieving btc this is how it looked (I have modifed adresses and amounts)

for this example I use 1btc/each adress and 10 adresses total:

1. 1aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaatqwt (first and oldest btc adress in trezor)  ----> unspent
2. 1bbbbbbbbbbbbbbbtewt (second and second oldes in trezor)  ----> unspent
.....
10. 1kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkngjf (10th adress in trezor)  ----> unspent

all 10 each have 1 btc so 10btc total.

now after I made a 0.20 btc payment in trezor this is how it now looks when I check blockchain:

1. 1aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaatqwt this is completely spent, so all bitcoins are gone.
0.20 btc has been spent and gone to right reciever 0.80btc has gone to adress 1zzzzzzzzzzfda and is unspent.

1zzzzzzzzzzfda that holds 0.80btc is unspent but I can't see it in trezor over my btc adresses?
trezor still shows correct my balance 9.80btc (the remaining 9 adresses all are unspent)

Yup, got the same thing. Two small marks, one smaller than the other, on the top edge of the device. If the two marks were connected with a line, it would be perpendicular to the line which runs across the perimeter of the device.

I guess this is the result of melting the plastic?

I have three Trezor devices which I bought at the same time, all three have 2 small marks on the top edge of device.

It looks like something that a tiny needle would do, I'm assuming this is the result of the manufacturing process when melting the plastic?
The location of the marks is roughly pretty much the same on all three devices.

not sure if I explain it correctly, but if someone else has a Trezor device they can propably confirm this 2 marks?
