We feel we had a novel idea that can help a lot of people, but because ICO's are now on the SEC's radar we would have to get a legal department hired on earlier than the plan, which we can't afford to do while giving value to those who supported us. We are losing all the money we put into this, but want to make sure our supporters are taken care of. We will live and learn and start pushing forward as a team.

I'm sure there are individual companies funding youtubers and trying to fund individuals, but then those individuals are beholden to the companies. BTCsoul just did an interview with me about this. Good morning! So there are two things going on, and I will post the infographic on this is just a minute to clarify. One is the investor token which we are selling at the ICO, which will give investors 2% of every contract made on our network. The second layer is fans who invest in the Starr contract. They get paid depending on the terms of the contract decided by the Starr.

Yeah. Our outreach is slowing down a little just because there is so much that goes into the last days going into an ICO.

Nilo is doing an amazing job as our new front end developer but we haven't published his page yet so there is nothing to show for it until hopefully tonight.

Dr. Andy Compton is also helping with the back end and crypto development and he is testing our prototypes on a test net now.

Ivan has been doing a great job maintaining the bounty program and keeping the forums up to date. He's also helping identify parts of the project that need more clarification or tweaks.

Shane and I are prepping for our last marketing push and to make some clarifying infographics about how the token and contracts work, while also updating the roadmap.

The price will only be 1/170 for the first hour of the ICO (and during any presale) The ratio drops as the sale goes on to encourage people to purchase early. The tokens remaining after distribution will be destroyed. No future issues of tokens. Part of the distribution, though, will include 10% going to founders and 2% going to bounties.
