This project is quite confusing. You talk about ERC20 Tokens to be sold in a ICO but you have a pool where people can mine it? Can you please clarify which are your intentions, and if the mined coins will ever be valued something???

The site says it's under maintenance right now so that might be why I had an issue.
That happen quite some times in the past, February and March, the wallet was online only for a few days during that period, so now is not really so frequent. Devs are working on the project as we speak, so be patient.

I have a question. I logged into the Avesta website today and seen that my account is showing 0 / 0 AVE but when I last logged in about 1.5 weeks ago I had over 4,200 AVE. What has happened to my AVE ?
Most likely nothing happened. The wallet seems to be not synchronized. If the coins are mined by you they are saved on the blockchain, you only need to wait to the wallet be synced again.

Looks great! Not your average copycat cryptonight / cryptonote project 
I think what they did was compared the cryptonight algo and made a custom crypronight also. I hope this is a true ASIC as ETH has an ASIC in motion. I don't know the technicals, but as far as I understood, this is impossible to miner other then with their own meiner and only at cpu, so yes, it's ASIC resistant. Maybe @jannoi can had more info regarding this on this forum. (Not sure if this is already answered before)

Some people were complaining that Civic was not working properly, just try with 2FA using the address: app.avesta.io/auth

Hi! What are the functions of the platform? Can you tell me more detailed?
We received the communication from the CTO early today that the accounting system is ready for testing, didn't had time to check it out, but right now the only functionality available is the miner and the wallet, all at beta testing and with some features not yet working.

1 ave = 0,49 EuroThe price stated on the platform is the result of several things:
30.000.000 Avesta were sold at 0.18$ at the ICO(roughly is not that simple)
Of the 100.000.000 available for the ICO, 70% of them were burned, that reducing the total supply of the coin 70% at the end of the ICO, therefore increasing financially 300% the value of the existing ones.
The total supply of this coin will be around 130 millions, and 100.000.000 will be mined in the next 40 years, that means there is only roughly 32million coins in circulation right now. Value de coin at "only" 16 million euros. In my opinion and if they deliver what they intend to do, that's a very cheap company, so even if the price is settled by the market, I will expect an increase in price in the future.
The price at the end is what the buyers will want to pay for them.

As explained before, the daemon/nodes are not working now, for mining you must first register at Avesta site and then use miner V2 with your account number. The miner is hardcoded with a direct node.

I stopped mining for some days, and came back today, but never saw that error before.
One of the problems of being on a real Beta testing is using not 100% working software, there is why the miner stop so many times. They started this week, and during the next 2 weeks to improve and develop the miner and mining experience, hope we all have news soon.

As explained before, the daemon/nodes are not working now, for mining you must first register at Avesta site and then use miner V2 with your account number. The miner is hardcoded with a direct node.

I was checking the blockexplorer and it seems it stopped at 21:38, so they are definitely doing something on the network, usually it takes some hours.

all the sudden i cant mine anymore getting an error.
When I start up the miner it says requesting mining parameters
then it will say "couldn't get block template: Unknown HTTP status code is given: unexpected symbol "

Yeah same problem here.
I saw one hour ago they are doing some maintenance on the Wallet, maybe that is the reason, as I think this happen before. Try later again, should work.

roughly what time frame is Avesta expected to get added to the first crypto exchanges ?
No clue, and honestly not worried about it, I expect only that they can deliver their roadmap and this way increase the value of this project. I don´t see this as a short term project, but jannoi can had more information regarding this.
