On the 8th of March, I was betting on FortuneJack, suddenly my account gets logged out, and moments later I get an email from support@fortunejack.com telling me that someone has made a withdrawal, which I ofcourse denied and told them to cancel it immidietely. I will show you the screeenshots of our Email conversation here.

They asked me what account I'd like to keep, and I explained and told them I'd like to keep the one I was only playing on, right after that, within minutes, my account gets blocked, no response at all from Fortunejack, and they refused to give any explanations.
I tried for days contactnig them on live support, finally I get some response. and here it goes:

So, they won't give me an explaination why they closed my Account, no ToS was broken, I'd say, stay far away from this site, regards.

Ok I believe you, what I do not think is that someone is encouraged to deposit something without knowing that you can withdraw it later. I would not do it,

I had an account with more than 30 btc and you deleted it
30btc balance or 30btc wagered amount? You need to be clearer on what you are going to say, it may be misleading to anyonr who read your post. If you have an account with 30btc balance and they deleted so it is a big problem but ofc you need to prove it. Otherwise it is just another troll to make a site sounds bad.
Is it just the 300 satoshi once off or is it a faucet I can get every few hours or once a day. I think ot would be better to bring more interest in your website.

How much is your balance? Did you make a deposit then won some amount or just won from the free 300satoshi? Give more details about your problem and wait for OP to help you.
