We are trying to get ad spaces from BitMedia and other ad platforms.
The correct procedure is always: First to get traffic (build a name by offering interesting service so users will return) and after establishing look for advertisers to your audience, not vice versa.
This is why we don't have ads right now. And this will be same until we create a decent user base, we are ready pay from our pocket for a few weeks.
No offense, the idea is good ( about sharing ad profits among users) but this should be applied by sites which already have some traffic and plenty users.
