I have sent email to admin@simplemining.net but have had no reply.I have asked in the chat linked from simplemining.net but no replies there either.

I am currently left with a balance in my account but unable to use the system.

I have not read this whole thread so I dont know if this is a problem already raised. if so sorry for repeating and could someone please point out the answer.

Nicehash will report a hashrate when there is no activity on the pool. This is only happening with Nicehash not BetaRigs LeaseRig or MininigRigRental and none of my personal rigs.The order was stuck sending hashes that were not being received. I dont know where the hashes went but they never went to my pool.  I also noticed that when this was happening I was not able to cancel my order.

Any ideas what this is, has this happened to anybody else?

I found this pool last night. I have no idea how I cam across it. This is by far the best pool design and functionality I have used. More hashes from other miners would be most beneficial to us now.
