Had the account working for a day. However, I logged on not too long ago and although my subscription page says "Expires on 4/1/2019", the status is "Ended" and I am unable to access any product codes or downloads.
Can you please correct this, provide an alternate account or refund me.

3. As I've tested them now, the official writing speed is only 10 MB/s. They are indeed low quality with no real name given besides that it is class 10.
