Yeah, that's exactly the way I think about it as well and that's why I'm not afraid of any clones. They don;t have the team, they don't have the infrastructure. All they can do is organize pump&dump fests in which the same people recycle their money with extremely high risk. At least they have fun, but they are nothing legit coins should fear or care about.

you might want to consider withdrawing your BC right now.

1. Nicer GUI (Silk)
2. Different passwords for staking vs unlocking the wallet.
3. Anon transactions
4. Anon Messaging, chat
5. Exchange API
6.

These are some innovations that other coins are proposing.  There may be others too but I am not familiar.  

I know many of you will say this is just a P&D innovation but I think some of them will become part of the future and BC is missing the boat.


For adoption to work then innovation should focus in making BC much easier for the people to adopt.  For example a kick ass Android wallet with some form of payment like Coinkite or a direct link to NightTrader so they can buy BC (easily) with PayPal or other methods.

We are a long way from mass adoption but through innovation, like previously mentioned above, BC can become more attractive for the public.  What about a NICE INNOVATIVE WALLET to help mass adoption.

All is BS look at mintpal last days daily volume and see that people are cashing out ALL alts to buy FIAT
and to get out from crypto for a while this is not only BC problem but all at once...
Mintpal volume is 10%-25%... so 77 Volume in BC is quite good if you compare it to all coins...

A fair point and well made and certainly something we have discussed at length for some time. IF, and thats a BIG IF right now, there were to be any change it would only be to drop the word coin. Black has been used for the delivery of understatement, class and exclusivity for a long time. Dark and mysterious etc etc. Theres a lot of positive you can do with Black.

We have been immensely fortunate that the particular group of which you speak is not present and never has been present within the ranks of BlackCoin or any other coin what from I've seen with one possible exception of, right at the beginning of Whitecoin there was some noise being made about race and certain anti groups. Fortunately these got squashed very quickly. This IMO is an excellent indicator of the general intellect of the many that reside in crypto. It IS a generalisation of course as there will always be one or two people that will defy that convention. C'est La Vie.

Ultimately its a marketing game. Get it right and theres no issue. Get it wrong and all hell would break loose. Fortunately for BlackCoin we have surpassed all that negativity and are heading into the chosen domain of high value, understated class. Being able to buy an Airplane with BlackCoin does help in that regard

I'm literally laughing because my buddy was forced to liquidate his crypto, including over 100k BC. I think he accidentally caused a slight panic due to the low volume hit lol.
