Re: ETH and BSC
by

on 21/10/2021, 16:10:33 UTC
Though BSC has a strong network with so many use cases and massive backing from Binance, I still think ETH stands above BSC as a better investment right now and future. Don't know, just Binance can be quite shady sometimes because their business tries to jump on everything new and trending on the market which can cause a backlash.

Re: do you believe in market analysis published by crypto news websites?
by

If I have really plenty of free time, maybe I would read their 'market analysis'. But no, I don't think their analysis carries any merit. If I want to stay updated on some coins, I follow their official social media. Don't want to take any chance by getting news fed to me at second hand by those crypto news or so called analysis.

Re: Is Shiba Inu Coin a better investment than Dogecoin?
by
kang_kung
on 21/10/2021, 13:04:37 UTC
Seeing as many people are still trying to talk about it, these coin memes don't come out much and give us a good profit.

So even if it does give good returns to some but not all, I see many people still losing money with it, so the question for this topic is which is riskier to invest to see the stupidity of many people.
People here only talking about memecoins because it can bring us profit. We don't actually buy the ideal a memecoin can stay on top or keep its price stable for long. Yes, those did believe that is very stupid but hey, I'm not complaining if they're the ones that losing and not me.
Anyways, Shiba is a better investment compared to Dogecoin, for now.

Re: Long Term Investment Suggestion
by
kang_kung
on 21/10/2021, 12:55:42 UTC
For long-term investments, I recommend that bitcoin or ethereum are the best choices because seeing the market prices of these two digital currencies in recent years have experienced significant market price changes, and if you are afraid of losing a lot of your money then I suggest you invest in only gold because it is very certain to get a profit in the future.
I think BTC and ETH are already too expensive, and the more expensive they are, the higher the transaction fees will be. It is better to look at the potential for coins that are cheaper, and good for the long term such as BNB, LUNA, SOL, or other coins that have good fundamentals.
Well since it was a long term investment, BTC and ETH even though have very expensive transaction fees and cost to invest, still stand above of the rest cryptocurrencies. You looking for something to hold for the long term, not something for daily trade or use, remember?

Re: How reasonable is the long-term investment in Altcoins?
by
kang_kung
on 20/10/2021, 18:28:33 UTC
Some altcoins can be held for the long term but the majority of altcoins should only be treated as short term though. I don't know since people have seen many altcoins being so high compare to themselves a few years ago and must think we have to hold altcoins as a long-term investment but not many altcoins able to hit that big.

Re: Axie Infinity - A new Ethereum game similar to CryptoKitties [SPECIAL PRE-SALE]
by

How I wished I saw this thread back in the days. Axie Infinity has grown tremendously over the years and especially this year 2021. The AXS token has risen sharply and early investors who still hold their bags are smiling to the bank.
No point crying over spilled milk. AXE still have a lot of room and potential to grow more so you can still invest in AXE right now. There are many news and update in this thread shows that.

Re: Be careful what you choose to invest in now, not all coins will recover.
by

A lot of depends how useful is the coin and what services it provides. For example, now many people take care of their personal data. Here is written how it is important to protect personal data to all users https://blog.inery.io/index.php/2021/09/28/introduction-to-inerydb/

It is necessary to check all the information, especially what have already been done and how experience is the team of the project. Also important to check development of the project.

It is more simple to develop a project when market raise and many people pays attention to cryptocurrency because it is very popular and a morden trend. But in such conditions it is necessary to check all the information about the project and its team.
True as many new projects have massive gains in a short amount of time (AXE, Sol,...). Tho many projects will be hard to able catch people's attention since they don't follow the trend as they already established a long time ago and will less likely to recover.

Re: Regulations for crypto currencies
by

I think we might have a temporary setback as more countries start implementing regulations for cryptocurrency since there will be rules to follow, investors have to pay tax, privacy coins are banned,... But after that, cryptocurrency will come more stronger than it was.

Re: Is this a right time to buy some ethereum?.
by
kang_kung
on 19/10/2021, 20:07:05 UTC
Ethereum looks very Bullish now and likely to hit 4K in few days if Bitcoin remains Bullish. Once Ethereum's major upgrade occurs sometime in late 2021 or early 2022, one simulation estimates that the circulating supply of Ethereum could shrink by around 1.4% each year at current rates of fee burning. Is this the right time to collect eth and wait till upgrade happen?.

I don't think so, with all of the problems in the background and the continuous user/Dapp's developer's exodus, I believe Ethereum has become riskier of dumping, more than before due to many whales that control it now. the monstrous fees on Ethereum Network are the living testament that Ethereum will no longer be the Blockchain of the masses. All of those so-called upgrades are useless. if the masses can't use it because the fees are so expensive. and that's my opinion about it.
Well, many still bought up ETH (when it dip) and placed their bet on ETH 2.0 and the promise of solving all the problems you are talking about on ETH 2.0. So it was really how much trust and hope investors have for ETH to justify buying it. I think your opinion is valid as anyone since there, just 'promise' or betting on something incoming like ETH 2.0 is still risky.

Re: Does matic (polygon) worth to invest?
by

I think it is still worth investment although the hype for it has been going down a lot recently. Still, crypto like Matic is hard to fail or stay forever at a low price since it was a smart contract, always a popular trend in the crypto market. Matic emphasis on the decentralized too so that's a good combo for the long run.

OP is right, please be a bit more careful about any coins claimed they are Defi cause many of them are just want to ride the Defi's hype. When there is a new unicorn over the market aka Defi in this case, think twice before investing. Don't be lured by short quick gain.

The fact is people who make it big aren't always ready to share news about how they do it
That is absolutely true in almost every place. People won't share their secret to success without any ulterior motives. If anyone tries to do that with you, avoid right away and block them, no matter how they claim good news or thing similar.

Re: How can I restart a dead altcoin and continue the development??
by
kang_kung
on 30/08/2020, 06:30:03 UTC
Most important is that you gather a good team, ready to work to develop the idea from the start. If you have some capital it will make everything better, but I think that rising a project from the start to the end can be
achieved with sale, IEO or ICO, so without starting capital, but the team should be prepared for waiting before they start earning some money from that.
That's applied for starting a new project, yes. For a coin that already in-development but somehow stuck or dead, there will have many other problems arise when trying to restart it. That is why many of us here try to talk and give our opinion to start something completely new instead restart a dead altcoin and continue the development.

I agree with your view about crypto, where every crypto takes time to develop, the process takes a long time. but people today are impatient with the process they want to make quick profits, without knowing the process.
Must be the 'get rich quick' attitude people. Such a simple thinking when if they have the basic knowledge about cryptos, they must understand there is an accumulated phase for every crypto project. Force or haste will have a backlash.

Invest in projects holding IEO doesn't mean you don't take the risk or they're completely honest. Please understand that before you want to make a comparison between ICO and IEO. Also, bounty hunters met the same risk but lower for IEO project.

My opinion on any crypto projects is doing proper research, calculate the risk before investing no matter what. Even if the only goal for that project is your money or not, you should do research and know all the risk related to it.

After a nice rally for many days, I think the bearish trend is nothing unexpected for veteran investors and traders. I know many of them already turn to fiat at the first sign of bearish trend and now active looking for the lowest point in this bearish trend to back to the game.

Re: if you want to invest in crypto...
by
kang_kung
on 23/08/2020, 18:56:49 UTC
to prove they're not scammer project and minimize your investment of being scam...

1. look for the team if they're legit and real human... prove to yourself if they're human and real, not fake linkin from russia, reddit or facebook stuff...
2. list your find...

Invest in crypto with your own fund and not borrowed funds and also note that the money invested is your spare money that can be spared just incase it doesn't go the way it is planned for.  Also consult various social media chahnnels of the project to find out if the project is legit enough to ommit funds to.
Invest with your own money is less likely cause and burden you with pressure when you're in a tough spot. Many advice said only invests in what you could afford to lose is because of this, I think.

Re: Always consider and be a wise investor!
by

A wise investor is the one doesn't jumpy and easily fall for FOMO. You are right about investors to need to be pickier than before since the market today is oversaturated so they need to be wiser. The scammer is also more tricky than before too.
