Re: BUY ROLEX WITH CRYPTO
by
kermez
on 02/08/2023, 23:19:02 UTC
Yes, people do buy luxury items with crypto today. And I'm no exception. I started collecting watches about five years ago. I should say, luxury watches like Rolex are a great investment. Moreover, I can wear them.

I think it is great that luxury brands are increasingly accepting cryptocurrency payments. Thus, they make luxury goods more accessible to crypto holders.

Re: Electric Cars - The future ?
by
kermez

I'm thinking about buying an electric car. I'm glad that I've found this thread and I appreciate that you shared your experiences and thoughts, but how should I choose a vehicle? Are there any things I should take into account?
If you have determined your vehicle requirements and financial capabilities, choosing an electric car should not be a difficult.
There are several things I recommend paying attention to:
- manufacturer (of course, Tesla is the most popular and well-known, but there are also other good brands like Audi, Ford, Chevrolet, Mercedes, and Volkswagen)
- body type (you should decide what you are going to use your future car for, thus, it will be easier to choose whether it will be a crossover, hatchback or sedan)
- number of seats
- engine power (the greater the engine power, the faster the batteries will discharge, so this is one of the most important factors to consider)
- drive unit (for me, the best option is a 4×4 wheel formula).
Hopefully, this info will be helpful for you.

Re: Procrastination the enemy
by
kermez
on 29/07/2023, 22:36:46 UTC
Procrastination was destroying my life because every time I didn't do my work, it wasn't like I was doing something important; I was often just wasting time. This meant that eventually, I would have to do my work, but it would always be a rushed job.

Procrastination can cause severe problems if you let it get out of hand. Such people are more stressed, anxious, depressed and sleep-deprived. So, there are reasons to worry about your sister. I'm sure you don't want your sister to end up taking meds like antidepressants.

The most significant thing that changed for me was finding purpose in my life and having a goal that I could work towards. Procrastination almost destroyed my life because I didn’t know where I wanted to go, but now that I have direction, my drive is my most powerful tool to fight procrastination. So, my advice is to help your sister find something she will enjoy doing. It can be a new job or a new hobby. Ask her what she always wanted to do but put that idea aside for later. Also, changing the environment can help. Go somewhere together. Even a short trip can make your sister look at the same things differently.

Re: do anyone have done this? with gambling platforms
by
kermez
on 27/07/2023, 12:52:34 UTC
It seems OP is looking for some motivations through gamblers past results on here, well I have to tell you this, using all money to gamble us the best thing you will ever do for yourself, if you use 10$ for gambling and you sometimes make 59$ it's better than using 1000$ and losing the money, compare the two, I use small amount too and I don't dream about using 10$ to make 4 figures.

This type of winning won't occur often, maybe once in a Blue Moon, like I used to tell some people, casinos are built in such a way that favours you base on what you using to gamble, it means if you use a large amount of money and you keep losing you will one day hit big amount but I am not ready to keep using large amount of money.

it's safer and wiser to use small amount and maybe win not so good amount in the process, than losing high amount and not winning something reasonable.
I agree with you. I also follow this strategy. I never use a big sum of money. It is important to gamble responsibly and prioritize your financial well-being above all.

Re: How do you deal with mental stress?
by
kermez
on 24/07/2023, 22:40:31 UTC
If you experience mental stress, here are some things that should help you:
- practicing mindfulness and relaxation techniques
- engaging in regular physical exercise
- maintaining a balanced lifestyle
- setting realistic goals
- seeking support from loved ones
- considering professional help if needed.
My advice is not to take any meds without addressing a doctor. It is much better to solve the problem using natural ways.

Re: How do I create and design simple website?
by
kermez

I was going to use Wordpress, but noticed that some people prefer Django. To be honest, I don't know much about this CMS. What do you think? Which tool is better?
I think django cms vs wordpress is a common dilemma for many. Django is no slouch when it comes to integrations, but since you often have to write a lot of additional code to get them to work, WordPress is the clear winner. It has a larger library of integrations to choose from, and they are easier to use.
But it is also possible to integrate your existing WordPress application with your Django site.

House for sure. I lived in an apartment for many years. But since I moved to a private house, I don't want to live in the apartment anymore. Moreover, I'm thinking about buying a farm and moving to a quieter place.

Re: Managing a car rental business

Managing a car rental business can be streamlined by utilizing a virtual office address with mail forwarding. This service provides a professional business address for customer correspondence while allowing flexibility in operations. It enhances credibility, improves customer trust, and ensures efficient management of important documents and mail, all while maintaining a remote working environment. I personally find this possibility to be good. Hopefully, this info will be useful for you.

Re: Why you should use spare money to invest
by
kermez
on 15/06/2023, 21:40:29 UTC
Spare money is always good be be on the safer side. In all aspects it is the education and the continuous learning that makes the spare money a good investment. Diversified investment used to be the best, at the beginning it is good to go with some sort of less risk asset. When it comes to cryptomarket, the preferred ones will be bitcoin and ethereum.

People must be more of acquiring knowledge, but the reality is different. People just have a thought of becoming rich in short term and just go for investment without learning or exploring much about the market. Some get to be lucky whereas the majority end up with disappointment.
I agree with you. I never invest all my spare money. There should be a sum I put aside. Life is too unpredictable, and I want to be ready for different scenarios.
Speaking about becoming rich in short term, I also noticed this tendency. And when these people finally gain new knowledge and skills, they understand that they won't become rich tomorrow.

Good advice here! I know that writing a resume might be a complicated task. What helped was examples of resumes. I found them on the Internet. Of course, I didn't copy them, but they helped me figure out how exactly they should look. Having done this work, I understood why so many people prefer addressing professional resume writers.

Re: Will religion save you?
by
kermez
on 06/06/2023, 23:47:04 UTC
I think the answer depends on your religion and belief. My answer is No. Only you can save yourself. Religions are philosophies or the thoughts of a person’s mind suggesting or commanding others to do what is believed to be righteous or appropriate as a human being living within a society or a community and to abstain from an act that could be detrimental to yourself or others. I'm not an atheist, though.

Re: Different sources of income
by
kermez
on 21/05/2023, 16:50:25 UTC
Are there e-commerce retailers here? I started this kind of business and I hope to have an additional income from it soon. But I'm still clueless about some things. How often do you change your prices? Seasonal or based on your competitors? How do you approach these two different strategies?
Thanks in advance.
Not only competitors but also customer demand and market situation have a direct impact on the price of your product. I've recently read a good article about Impact of Inflation. High inflation will erode the budget of consumers, leading to lower overall economic growth and reduced standards of living. With higher prices, businesses have fewer customers, so it is essential to be careful when you increase prices on your products or services.

I recommend you go to Japan. if you go there when it's spring, the scenery in Japan will definitely be very beautiful.
Japan is my dream destination. But unfortunately, this trip is expensive.
I also want to visit Japan. Yes, it is expensive, and I've already started putting money aside. Also, I'm thinking about looking for cheap flights and hotel deals. If I find one, it will help me save money and go on this trip earlier.
