I switched for the first time today from Phoenixminer to TeamRedMiner. I have 5700XTs but I only get 54 Mh/s with TeamRedMiner vs 55.5 Mh/s when using Phoenixminer.
I guess I am missing some comandline options???   ... I am running HiveOS.

@blah01

I really like what you have done, always wanted to try HDD mining, but for now im sticking to GPU mining.
Can you give us some ROI information?

@Eric Mu
I just wanted to say how impressed I am from your Mining farms, and how efficient and simple they look.
Ever since I read:

I envy you in a friendly way.

This is a really unprofessional and expensive setup.
Its obvious that cards can't cool adequately, not enough space between them and why are they so high above the MB?
And why use 2 PSUs, when u can use 1 only if you had the soldering skills, one PSU is much more efficient, we are talking 100-200 wats.
Its not a bad rig, but it hasn't been though thru enough, and quite a lazy setup.

P.S. Its also obvious, that if someone tries to pick it up from the sides, and squeezes, they might break off, cause they are attached only at the bottom...  Shocked Grin Huh
You are definitely not a mechanical engineer??? Cheesy

Im selling what the customer wants, that is more mh for an acceptable price. No im not trying to sell here, just showing some work im proud of.

Offcourse you can undervolt to best mh/w ratio but thats not affordable to sell.

If by customer you mean NOOB, someone that doesn't understand what he is buying,.. well yeah you r right Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

Happy summer mining at +85'C with those rigs, at least the PSUs wont shut off, cause there is two LoL Smiley which in my country equals to ~20$ higher electricity bill.

Just admit that you lack the imagination and skills needed to power 6xGPUs with a single PSU that is made for 4xGPUs without setting it on fire, and I might enlighten you how to do it. Wink

I talk crap about his rigs, cause its obvious he is trying to sell them here, and this thread is not for that, so I agree lightfoot.

Overclocking a 390 is really unnecessary on Ethereum, in fact you should undervolt them, I power my 6x390 rigS with EVGA 1300W and even Thunderbolt 1200W.
So there is absolutely no need for a 2PSU setup + 390s are not as effective as 380s price/hashrate/power

If you r interested, look at my older posts, you can see my rigs evolving for 5 years from rigs in fruit crates, to rows up on rows of rigs.

Does anybody "play the lottery" still with 1 or 2 GPUs?   I keep one going just for the lols.

Really? Hope you got lucky and hit a block..

Power is cheap enough that I don't care and who knows, right?

I still keep a measly 180 cards just for the heck of it,...

1/2 is missing cause right now I'm using them to heat up my apartment and office. And only one fan is working, you should hear it with the two turbines on at the same time Smiley
Here is a photo with some of the rest, while I was moving them, and some random photos:

Mine different ALTcoins, than sell them.
If you mine and most importantly, sell at the right time, it is still profitable.

What did they expect, wood and electricity don't go together very well Smiley

I bet this will give some scammers ideas:
Before someone wanted to steal peoples coins - "Oh,.. I got hacked"
Now - "Oh God,... everything burned I escaped with my life sorry no coins!"

I keep the warehouse at 88F.  My 15,000cfm blower is going in tuesday to remove the heat.  I actually have 60 tons of AC already installed but I don't turn them on because they use too much power.  I use 1 AC unit to keep the building at 88F during the day.

http://i.imgur.com/V2dAFjz.jpg

What kind of blower is that?

Any idea of how much KW it might be able to cool?

Well I am using a Helios KRD 500 wich pulls around 5650cfm and "drains" my pocket with 1,72kW so you do the math.

My fan is more than enough to cool 100 ATI Radeon 280X/290 cards on SCrypt, I can bet it can cool twice that, if I had better air ducts (im using a 50x50 air duct and a adapter)

You can hear it from around 100 meters, but I am in an industrial area so its not a prob.

At peak it was cooling around 26kW of mining hardware with outside air around 25-30'C.
Staying inside is a torture, cause everything is put in a confined 20m2 space, it is basically a big computer case, but cards stay around 80-85'C when mining SCrypt

The warehouse begins!
This looks like a crime scene.
LOL! Totally does.

I count 7 Singles and an Avalon? Are you over or under 500GH/s?

Personally, I like the chairs, give you a chance to just sit down with some buddies, grab a cold one, kick back and watch 'em mine.
I think I saw Kurt Angle hit Big Show with one of those chairs in RAW Cheesy

@atomicchaos
You are absolutely right. You don't need cold air you need airflow, but sadly I cant do that. Smiley That room has windows only on one side, and its to the south, so sun all day. The plus is that it is an administrative building, and has huge power cables and I pay less for the electricity. Winter = opened windows and fans. Smiley

@stellan0r
Of course I meant kH/s I am mining SCrypt currencies, but btw every miner has 1-2 Block Erupters, they mine at Guild and that is how I get "Idle miner warnings" even when I'm mining some crazy small new currency. Smiley

@hotwired007
I love CRT Smiley one of this monitors (a 15" Proview) has been with me for 12 years now still working perfectly and I modded it so it works on 1280x1024p Smiley

@Trillium
You are absolutely right too, TeamViewer to check, Moblie Phones to restart (actually I am starting to use a new device that restarts thru LAN), Web cameras to monitor, Fiber optic internet + 3G for safety, and a few temperature sensors around the room which have cool graphics and send me SMS-messages if they reach a warning temperature.

Sounds like you are well set up. Can you elaborate on the temperature monitoring systems you've set up, they sound relevant to my interests. Perhaps RPi based?

I use some USB temperature sensors from ebay, similar to this:
EBAY

What do you use to restart your rig from your cell phone?

This 5v relay, remove the vibrator motor, and connect it instead now when it vibrates it activates the relay.
It important that the relay is "+" activated not "-" like most of the 5v relays for Ardunos and shit.
btw the Arduno is perfect and for temperature measuring too.
