This is not everything, the rollover amount counts only on the won amount, I made so far about 240mbtc bets but they counted only about 130mbtc.
So probably I would have to place a more than 1btc to withdraw my own money from their service.
Everything around their "bonus" turns into pure scam...
 

Thunderpick was a good brand like 2years ago however over 2024 they become so shit and scam people on every step.
I don't know what is reason behind that, their business plan? first build a legit brand and gain trust, then optimize your model for bigger profits by scamming winners?
Most likely you can see goodbye to your money because there is no regulator who can stop this. They did same to my 2 friends.

I don't understand why they activated such a fraudulent bonus on my account without my intention, but new users have to ask for it?
Also a fair term for the bonus should be if they have a special “FP” balance, it should be separate until the turnover requirement is met and then mix the balance with their own funds, but what can I expect from them if they don't want to remove this promotion from my account when there is nothing against it, but instead they limit me to the lowest penatus....

I registered in nitrobetting before they made rebrand and I think this why I got this 750% bonus on my deposit which was automatically applied.
If I had opted for any bonus, I would not have reported this unfair practice of nitro, but they push this unfair bonus automatically, and then refuse to cancel it, even if there is nothing against it.
To be clear that this is not any kind of abuse, I requested cancellation just after first free bets were won, not after losing them.

What happened::

I would like to inform everyone that nitrobetting and especially their promotional offer is pure scam.
I deposited 54mbtc there and after a series of winning bets playing only with my deposit I had 90.6mbtc. By making such deposit my account was credited additional 37.5mbtc "free play balance", not paying attention when I had 90.6 of my own mbtc, I placed bets using FP which were activated since the deposit without my intervention. Unfortunately, I won about 15.586mbc. And here an absurd situation occurs. In the meantime I made a request for withdrawal of half of my funds, not even knowing that these bets were won, nitrobetting rejected it due to lack of bonus turnover.  I asked them to remove the unintentionally used bonus from my account, void all wins and just backup my balance to previous state but they completely ignored this, at other casinos you can activate a bonus or cancel it at any time, but even though nitrobetting's terms and conditions do not prohibit cancellation, on the contrary, nitrobetting has the right to cancel bonuses at any time.

Since then I have turned over about 200mbtc, lost all the extra funds from the promotion and my balance is the same when the extra funds were mixed with my balance. And now in order to withdraw my own deposit and the winnings I won without any bonus I still have to turnover more than 550mbtc?
The situation became critical when nitrobetting imposed limits of 0.5mbtc on my account for each event in their offer and turnover in casino, live betting, parlays does not count as turnover. Such action only shows how nitrobetting tries to cheat its users at every turn.
Not only that the chances of not losing my funds by ending this sick requirement are small, but in addition I would have to place more than 1,100 bets on various events, which would take forever as only 1 coupon of 0.5mbtc can be placed on each line....

If that wasn't enough in the meantime I was groundlessly accused of multiaccounting because a friend of mine wanted to send me btc for game skins and since he was also betting there he sent it to my wallet directly from his nitrobetting account. No rules in their terms and conditions mention that each wallet address must be individual and it's prohibited to use shared wallet but for them this is another excuse to not let me withdraw my BTCs.

I decided to share this accusation because this looks like endless process in which at the end I might not see my funds back and 90mbtc is worth over 9000$ which is a lot for me.

What happened::
In february I registered in esportsbet.io 15.02.24 I made deposit of 6mBTC and after 2 months of betting esports games my balance reached 59mBTC, I decided to withdraw it. They rejected my withdrawal and asked to pass KYC, they claim that they accept ID cards but they rejected it too and forced me to provide passport. I passed KYC, my status at the moment on website is "Approved" after that I requested withdrawal but they rejected it again and started asking for things that are not even described in their ToS. However so far I already provided everything but they keep rejecting my withdrawals..
