0.2% a day, 16% until December 15 (actually less because it's a "depleting asset"). But with current price you'll be in profit anyway.

what if one person will buy all TH1 mining contract any prize, then raise prize to 3-10 btc and force all short margin to liqudation price and all short sellers will lost all money ?

It will depend mainly on the bitcoin price in USD. As long as it doesn't increase significantly, I'd expect small difficulty jumps, like the last months.
I have bought some TH1 to lend them, so I can find out how it works in practice.
I believe there is no reason for ASIC owners to turn their miners off. At least when BTC price is higher than spended electricity. And "higher" doesn't mean "more than $500", it's more like "more than $50". I have bought some TH1 to lend them, so I can find out how it works in practice.
So I will not going long with price higher than 0.9 BTC.

It's underpriced then, unless you expect a very big jump in difficulty, when you take into account the interest from lending it.

Сегодня я узнал, что биткоин это форк.чё это за говно картинка, которая не понимает, что с 4 квартала 2012 года начали работать асики (да да да именно тогда, а не с февраля 2013) и считать стоимость майнинга на GPU с этого периода это ебануться как умно
Видеокарты давали прибыль аж до августа 2013 года. Так что это ебануться как умно, да.
Могу даже назвать точный период.
