There is no such post code as PE18 2JY, there is no HEMINGFORD GREY in any post code beginning with PE18, and no 82 Front St in Cambridgeshire. The dev submitted a made up address when he registered that website. That address doesn't disclose his identity.
lol, I don't think the devs are stupid enough to make an entire project based on privacy and then disclose their home address

Interesting to see that the only people talking trash about this project are the ones with heavy interest in other privacy coins ahaha. idk we will see, i'm waiting for the whitepaper

let's just hope the dev can deliver... there are many zcash alternatives, komodo launched a while back, shadow seems to be going strong as well and just yesterday wrapper was announced.

Komodo dev took btcd ico money and strung the community out for 2 years. Wrapper devs are anon and hosting an ico during the zcash hype for an undeveloped product (whitepaper won't even be released until December). Have fun with that.

small question regarding the wallet: every time i start it it keeps "reindexing blocks" starting from block 0 till current block, this process takes quite some time. i have not seen this in other wallets from different coins, is this true for everybody, or is it just me (tried with windows and linux)? seems rather odd to have to wait for every block ever created to be processed each time the wallet is started.

In terms of price it will definitely go up if poloniex or bittrex gets added, also with the related zcash launch on 28 october the zcoin price should shoot up as well. Not sure if it will hit 0.1 btc but it will go up fairly soon.
I think it should hit bittrex soon, as the devs just need to update and fix their zcoin wallet. The Bittrex slack mentioned that they are waiting on the dev to fix issues with the wallet before they reconsider adding it.
Anyway patience is needed in trading, it is best to accumulate and buy now while the price is relatively low BEFORE it gets added to the major exchanges.

I think it is still an issue, but i know the zcoin devs are working on it so hopefully it should get fixed soon and submitted to bittrex.
How soon? Can we get a dev here to tell us a bit about the timeframes?

The new version is in testing phase.
Any time frame? Will it fix the unconfirmed coins, the database issues and will it come with a new algo?
