However it looks like 2FA is not working.

I type in user & password, get to the 2FA, enter the 2FA and get a "log in invalid" error.

It's possible that you need to sync your 2FA app with the correct time and timezone. You can find the 'sync' button in the app's settings.

If you no longer have access to your Login 2FA or if the sync doesn't help, and had not previously set up a Master Key (which can be used to bypass Login 2FA), we must manually remove the Login 2FA from your account.

To begin this process, fill out the ‘Account Access Issues’ form so that our security team can assist your further.

I did recently changed time zones. However the other codes are working perfectly. So I guess there was an issue on your end...

I will stay the process as soon as I get access to a computer.

It might be best to have 2FA removed from your account and trying again, we can start the process after you complete the form linked in my original message.


So I did that. And it worked. For a while.

I have the same exact issue all over again.

I might add that the second kraken account I use (mine and my relative's) had no such issue ever. Both 2FA codes are managed on the same device.

It appears the issue is on your side.

Based on the response you got from our support team, it sounds like you deposited to an expired address. Please note we have warnings on the deposit page asking clients not to do this, as well as mention of this in our support articles. Unfortunately, we can't provide an ETA for when it will be credited because of the fact that it is reliant on developer intervention. BAT and WAVES Trading Starts August 22!

We are pleased to announce that BAT and WAVES will be listed on Kraken starting August 22.


What time will funding and trading start?

  • Funding: Kraken will enable deposits and withdrawals for both assets at approximately 13:30 UTC on August 22.
  • Trading: We will be enable trading at the same time as funding. Buy orders can be placed at this time. The first trade executions will take a bit longer because sell orders cannot be placed until deposits are credited (see required confirmation times below).
  • Updates will be posted on the status page (https://status.kraken.com) near launch time.

  • BAT: BAT/USD, BAT/EUR, BAT/XBT, BAT/ETH

Please note, Kraken has not used the services of Crypto Capital for many years now, so we are completely unaffected by anything involving their service.

We are currently working on bringing a new international USD funding service to our platform, hopefully we will have this available for our clients very soon!

After setting up all available security methods, the prompt will stop popping up.
