Re: Team Black Miner!(Ethereum, Ethereum classic, Vertcoin, Zilliqa + dual 0.5% fee)

v1.01
1. Faster Nvidia kernel
2. Removed stale shares/rejects on some pools. (ethproxy/nicehash)
4. Fixed missing stats when you have unused cards in the rig.
5. Fixed crash in zil standalone mining
6. Fixed cpu rejected shares upon zil switch.
7. Fixed disconnect bug in zil dual mining mode.
8. Fixed rare sudden exit crash
9. Added amd-only option. Only use amd cl-devices
10. Added --no-cpu option for cuda to remove cpu usage. but hashrate is down -1-2%

Windows:

TeamBlackMiner_1_01_cuda_11_4.7z
SHA-256   1de3485ee14caaf5274a92079260e86bf87afe5ae2b6be2cc77b2a71fc746906
Linux: (hiveos?)

TeamBlackMiner_1_01_Ubuntu_18_04_Cuda_11_4_beta.zip
SHA-256   3805e68a981ac8ba41ddeca1aedcec531f0fd5b8e2ff21741ff8667375348941

Good job, but there should also be --cuda-only option, also libapr is still required as shared library, not all distros have it installed default.
There is one more issue which was expected, RTX 3060ti/3070 if clocked a bit higher tend to corrupt DAG and produce only invalids, requires DAG checksum validation and repairing or some sort of low intensity DAG loading.

Excuse me can anyone confirm if MMPOS supports LHR GPUs? Like 3070ti that only works with Nvidia driver 471.11 upward, is this driver available in MMPOS lastest update ?? Thanks
Yes, our latest image supports LHR gpus out of the box.

Sorry for disturbing, but i have problem add new rig, mmpos gives for new rig the same name as has my old rig and ethermyne gets crazy
and shows new rig hashrate only. Please help me how can i change new rig name? Thank you for help:)
Hello, depending on miner sometimes you might need to add worker name, like t-rex for example requires adding --worker %rig_name%%miner_id% in advanced arguments or teamredminer --eth_worker=%rig_name%%miner_id%
Hostnames are set upon your ethernet hardware address, you are free to rename them in dashboard.

Can I use MMPOS via wifi ? How I set up ?
Hi, yes you can. Only firstboot needs ethernet, after initial setup login via remote console/ssh/tty console and type mmp netconf, choose wifi, follow instructions to setup essid/wpa2.

not sure why but it seems like my rig is not updating to the new version. i am stuck on 2.8.10

is there any way to do this from a remote? i tried to do this on my own but failed  Roll Eyes

one other thing, i use phoenix miner and version 5.0e works perfect but having issue with 5.1 constant restarting and resetting and 100's of rejected shares. is it my settings or something has changed with 5.1

Thanks!
Hello,
Seems like rig wasn’t updated more than 6 months. Easiest way is to unplug usb drive and put it on your desktop, backup config.json from 20mb partition, write newest image which is on dashboard-> get mmpos. Once written just restore config.json you’ve backed up in new image and plug it back in rig. Regarding phoenixminer, I am not aware of what’s changed except looking into phoenixminer official changelog. If 5.0 works ok, just use it as its stable. There is no speed increase in new versions.
Cheers Smiley

# 04. August 2020 Update agent and dashboard

This update allows you to set a temperature target based on memory temperature for AMD Vega or later cards. So if either temperature target is reached fan management adjusts the fans.

We also added a loyalty level for all users, it's based on your usage of the platform. You will get up to 25% bonus credits for every credit purchase based on your current level.

* Updated agent to 2.8.11-1
* Added memory temp target for AMD Vega+ fan management
* Added loyalty level and bonus

Hi,
mmpOS itself is linux and for a GPU to not get recognized is most likely misconfiguration in bios or pci early init problem. Try disabling fastboot and secureboot if any of these is enabled. Disable HD audio and set pcie speed to 2.0. Check if you have some legacy/uefi mix and set either all to legacy or all to uefi, make sure when using CSM to set "Other OS". These are the common issues that may cause this behaviour. I'd suggest joining discord/telegram channels for faster response and support.

# 07. June 2020 Update agent and dashboard

Ever wanted to know why that one card performs better than the other? Maybe its due to being different vendor.
We now show the vendor (MSI, ASUS, Evga, Gigabyte...) too.

We also added support to set a fixed fan speed per rig or gpu, so you can optimize your temperatures and fanspeed even better.

* Updated agent to 2.8.10
* Added support for per rig or gpu fixed fan speed mode
* Added reporting of GPU vendor in cli and dashboard
* Improved startup with slow drivers

* Updated: AMD driver to 5.6.2 in unstable variant.
* Fixes: AMD RX 5500/XT compatibility in some cases.
* Fixes: Low hashrate on some RX 5600/XT models.
* Updated: AMD driver to 5.4.25 in stable variant.
* Fixes: 5600/XT stability issues.

for RVN don't use parameter -a
use just

-coin rvn

If I do that:

-a: Please add -a ALGONAME to your command-line. Auto-detect is not possible.

Use latest TT-Miner
TT-Miner.exe -coin RVN -poolinfo -luck -P stratum+tcp://your-wallet.worker:x@pool:port

# 18. April 2020 Update agent and dashboard
This update added an advanced feature for users to specify their timings on vega cards manually.

We still recommend using low, medium or high smart tune, but now you can use custom tune too.

* Added Smart Tune custom, allowing your own timings for Vega 56/64/FE.
* Fixed Smart Tune for Vega with Hynix memory.

We have added Folding @ Home as "miner", it is intended for fighting with COVID-19 decease by providing compute workloads for solving potential vaccine https://foldingathome.org/2020/02/27/foldinghome-takes-up-the-fight-against-covid-19-2019-ncov/. When selected as coin[Folding at Home], set wallet name to none or something made up, same goes for pool, set hostname to non existing/non valid, it is not taken. If you have FaH passkey you can add it in advanced miner arguments[Miner profile] --passkey=yourpasskey .
!!! Warning !!!
All samples are downloaded in tmpfs so on reboots they do not persist, if you want to make it permanent - do not use usb drives and edit /opt/mmp/miners/foldingathome/mmp-stats.sh replacing storage="/run" with storage="/home" or some directory in non tmpfs.

This is not added for profit, so questions like "How do I get paid?" have simple answer - "You don't". You donate your compute resources for fighting not only with COVID-19 but other deadly deceases.
We will do everything we can to assist everyone who is willing to donate compute resources.
Stay safe, stay healthy, stay home and be responsible!

Anyone know if 5700 works on linux ubuntu 18? Tried installing latest amdgpu-pro driver with and without the patch posted before, and it still only mines at 3 MH/S.
Check if you haven't set PCIe to 1.0 in bios, must be 2.0 or auto.
