Stay with wattool if you are happy with it 
i've decided to get 5 more cards rx 470 8gb's since this is the cheapest card i can get in my country

For all of you guys i made a custom bios from the one in the main post.
You won't need any wattool,wattman,afterbuner,trixx or any other software of that type, i set everything in the bios like Insider00 did with wattool, so :
Def gpu clock : 1144 Mhz
Def mem clock: 2150 Mhz
Mem straps 1625
VDDC (gpu voltage) set at 925mV
TDP 120w
Set fans to hold cards at about 70c, so you don't need fan regulation either
Before flashing remove ALL software that you used before for manipulating (wattool,wattman,afterbuner,trixx...).
Then clean all video drivers with DDU.
Flash bios.
Reboot, reinstall video drivers.
Test.
Enjoy

No, it 's a obvious sign of too much OC.
Hynix won't be stable over 1950 MHz with the common timkng straps.
Even with custom straps you are lucky if you can go over 2000 Mhz.
1950Mhz with 1500 timing should bring you about 28 mh/s.

ok so i have gone back to 2150 its stable now and getting 26.5-8xx
how do i set custom straps ?

UPDATE
so after setting memory clock to 2180 mhz and mv to 1000, through WattTool i could go to 27.1xx while having some screen flickering issues sometimes if i overclock it 2200 pc crashes
should i ignore flickering issue ? is it normal ?

heyy thx and sorry for the late replies i was out
i tried watttool settings and max i could get is 26.955mh the avg speed is 26.500
so i just tried wattools and the settings are exactly same as yours
so now what should i do next ? are there anymore settings ?
how do i reach to 30.xxmh ?

, Finally it's worked hashing at 30.3XX, after few edits in bios and Wattool,hii can you plz share what exactly you did ? i've been looking for days to mod Micron

i have Sapphire Nitro NON PLUS Micron memory
bios version 0.15.050.000.001.000000
i get about 24.500
after overclocking through wattman memclock to 2000 and gpu clock to 1350 i get max 25.200 and temp goes 80+ (iam from india here temperature is 40C)
should i take the risk i heard it can HARD BRICk the GPU
