Re: 【Bitcoin Debit Card UQUID】 Best Bitcoin and Altcoins debit card | 0% Fee Deposit

Just a headsup regarding this scam site.

I have registered on Uquid and made a deposit of 0.09ETH on 30/12/2017. ETH price between 30/12/2017 and 2/01/2018 has never dipped below 670USD between those 2 dates. It actually varied between 700USD and 797USD according to coindesk.

Check this out. The deposit estimate on their OWN website said that 0.09ETH should be around 66USD, which was fine and according to the price ETH was hovering around at that time.

Deposit via crypto, which was supposed to be "realtime", finally got "completed" on January 2nd 2018. Ok fine ,it was New Year, maybe their personnel had a day off or they were short-staffed. But when it finally got completed I was credited with an amazing 43USD... LOL. SO the ETH price they used for my deposit was a magnificent 477USD, a jaw dropping 36% lower price than what the actual price was on Dec 30 and a whopping 40% lower price than ETH was on January 2nd when the "realtime" deposit was completed.

So if I had opted to deposit 1000USD in ETH I would have actually gotten an amazing 600USD for my ETH deposit.

Of course ,support has no answer on my ticket after 5 days since I have opened it. Below are screenshots from my "deposit" transaction and my (oneway) conversation with their "support". Support "should be contacting users 24hours at the latest after the incident has been opened", in case anyone wonders LMAO.

Best of luck!!!!!

The following is what I posted on Uquid Support Telegram Channel, and on their Slack channel today (January 03, 2018) my time.  .......  according to your website .... https://uquid.com/blog/2017/05/lists-of-243-countries-uquid-supported-for-delivery-plastic-debit-card ... which was dated 10 May 2017 .... Australia was nominated as a country your debit card could be mailed to.  But, that has changed, right?  Only Eurozone countries now (according to using your wave crest facilitator).  So where to from here?  How do I get my USD that you are holding in my account since October 2017?

Lists of 243 countries uquid supported for delivery plastic debit card
countries uquid supported for delivery card

Other thoughts I have .... Is Uquid somehow connected to BCC Pay Debit Card, or perhaps Bitconnect?  Is it dependent on a successful launch of BitconnectX coin?  Who knows?  I may be way off the mark there, but, for me, Uquid stinks at the moment.  I may or may not get my money back, but I want to let everyone know what a disgusting organization Uquid is!

Here is what I wrote on Uquid slack, today.  Honestly, they are hopeless right now!

blackhawk [4:25 PM]
It seems Uquid are on permanent vacation!  Cm'on guys, answer the queries please!  It is now January 02, 2017 in my part of the world, still cannot withdraw my funds with SWIFT from my uquid account since October 2017.  I have submitted id documents to "upgrade" 3 times now.  If Uquid is dead, then please tell us, then we can sue you in a legal class action to get our money back!!

I have funds in uquid.com. I want to withdraw via SWIFT. I have submitted id verification documents on two occasions. It seems too hard for them due to the body that verifies the id documents is related to uquid's debit card issue system. Since October 31, 2017, I have been in regular contact with uquid.com support, but no resolution. It is now December 28, 2017. Has anyone else had this problem? Is uquid.com hogtied or do they not want to payout the funds upon request by account holders?

Also.....

Have I been reading too much again?

I should have said Cryptoping's bot, not Monaco.

Forgive me.   Undecided

Hello guys, hopefully, I have this in the right forum.

With Monaco's bot (beta) they advise of changes in volume and price which should be examined.

Because I am so new to all things Crypto, I don't know what to do with the information.

For example, one of the latest notifications in Telegram was....

💎 #ETH
Volume changed on Bittrex (http://bittrex.com/Market/Index?MarketName=BTC-ETH)
+137%, buy vol. incr. by 184.09 BTC
+9.23%, price: 0.07599997 BTC
Signals: 1/7d
Market Cap: $16,893,790,527

Should I rush in and make a buy given that Eth has been going skywards lately?  What does "Signals: 1/7d" mean?

If anyone has the time to give me an answer I would appreciate it.

Thanks.

I am relatively new to this whole crypto thing. I'm still strugling to understand a shitload of info, terms and generally the way this industry works. Are majority of you guys here of IT background?
Is it possible to fully educate yourself and understand crypto technology if you are not dev/programmer?

I am a newbie to cryptocurrency, I read and read articles till I cannot keep my eyes open but still have difficulty understanding it.  I have wallets and can buy and sell crypto coins, but not much more.  Once I thought I would have a go at mining, but it is too deep for me to grasp the terminologies etc. so I thought no point in me investing dollars into something I cannot understand (yet!!).  Cryptocurrency seems to be a whole new language to me and I do have difficulty with it.

Everyone is/should be aware of ponzi schemes, I am, but I did take a punt on coinfactory.  I don't mind a punt or 2 now and then.  I invested while being aware the site would fold at some stage.  Fortunately for me I did receive all my original investment back as interest (plus a couple of days) before the site went ass-up.  Last few days it has not been paying, so I assume they have done a "runner" now.

I have completed one transaction on Hiribi's website and one on Bitify.  Both transactions completed without any problem.

I probably will use them again.

@ Arcteryx.  Thanks for the advice.  I have never used Escrow before but If it is there on Bitify I guess it would be prudent to use it, cost is only 1% to the buyer I think.

Great to see all these comments.

To those who thought I was trying to promote the site - I had no intention to do that.

The consensus is to avoid the site, and I will do that for a while to see how it develops.

Thanks for your advice.

My first post here, hello to everyone.  Pardon me if I am in the wrong forum category.

I tried Hiribi.com today for a small transaction to see how it works.

I wanted to sell btc so after registration to hiribi I hit the sell bitcoin button which gave me the address to send my bitcoin to, and my paypal address to credit my sale funds to.

Process was pretty quick, approx half hour or less from registration till my funds arrived in my Paypal account.

The sale was in USD, and my paypal account in AUD, and after fees/currency conversion I was $AUD 4.00 in front for selling 0.041588 bitcoin. Not much, but I'm in front. So yes, I applaud Hiribi.

So I left a good feedback for them.

Anyone-else tried Hiribi?

Cheers
