More than half in Bitcoin, since its clearly the dominant cryptocurrency.
At least 20% in ETH. Consider some specific ICOs, especially low profile tech-based coins like Raiden (they were doing a Dutch auction not too long but you should still be able to secure some tokens). Also other larger profile ICOs such as AppCoins (ICO still ongoing) or Cindicator -  but i would say that these still have a risk.

Utility has an impact on demand, which in turn has an impact on price.
Therefore utility has an indirect, yet significant impact on the price of coins.

No doubt that bitcoin will continue to dominate. But to be honest I see a lot of potential in the altcoins, especially the ones that are built upon Ethereum, which have utility and good strong technological applications. Other than that, I don't see much value, because with all this mainstream media attention this bubble is bound to blow up any time soon.

Some interesting projects to look for are those that solve tech problems: appcoins, omisego, raiden, etc..

My two cents:
many recent ICOs have been pure fluff.

But I would bet in solid technological projects, as opposed to speculative coins. You can't fake experience/knowledge. A good whitepaper and a low profile crowdsale are key to make a lot of money IMO.

The only one I know from those is DIW.

Shame not see some main current ICOs like Utrust and AppCoins on the poll.

Tech based utility tokens are always good long term bets.

I would avoid altcoins altogether. Keep investing in Bitcoin and you'll be safe.

If you want to diversify your portfolio consider only projects with strong tech backgrounds, avoid any speculative coins.
