Re: Are we living in a random Universe?

Maybe it's not possible to predict how things will work out no matter how intelligent you are if a system is sufficiently complicated. In which case the bad things that happen are an unfortunate side effect of life and existence.
Maybe its not possible for there to be a perfect system of life without suffering. For example life might not even be able to exist if there are no contrasts in feeling, so maybe there have to be ups and downs.
Maybe we are evolving towards a perfect existence, but to get there we have to wade through some lower evolutionary states.
Maybe things are objectively perfect, because without any danger, challenges or surprise life might be boring (may be absurd given the extremes of suffering, and relative mildness of boredom)
Either way, random or not we are deeply connected to the Universe and all of life.

Re: What kind of food is good for fat?

Cheese is incredibly nutritious.

This makes sense, given that an entire cup of milk is used to produce a single thick slice of cheese.

It is a great source of calcium, vitamin B12, phosphorus and selenium, and contains all sorts of other nutrients.

It is also very rich in protein, with a single thick slice of cheese containing 6.7 grams of protein, same as a glass of milk.

Cheese, like other high-fat dairy products, also contains powerful fatty acids that have been linked to all sorts of benefits, including reduced risk of type 2 diabetes.

Rock, and a fair number of its sub-genres. Mostly late sixties to eighties, some of the nineties, very little of the new millennium

It's even better with a splash of chocolate syrup and a half shot of espresso so I get a caffeine/sugar buzz AND shitfaced all at once.

Exercise. According to recent studies, people who exercise regularly report to be happier, calmer, and better equipped to handle whatever the day decides to throw at them. Interestingly enough, the study seemed to indicate these benefits were experienced on a day-to-day basis, which means you can begin to experience them today by choosing to exercise just 20 minutes.

France is my favorite country. It has a lot of fascinations. Whether it is an orchestra performance, super-friendly people, historic structures or french bread. :-)

I’m influenced from people around me, and their information makes me excited. It would be gratifying me when I actually visit France sometime.

https://www.coursera.org/ — I use this site mostly for studying programming concepts and technologies, but there are many interesting courses on other topics too. There are other really good websites that focus on MOOCs, but I find Coursera to be the best one of its kind.

I like  like EDM, if you dont know what is EDM i will tell you. EDM can be understood easiest as its full name: Electronic Dance Music - music that is generated from the electronic device. This is the kind of music with strong rhythms, Disco music inherited from the 1970s and a little inspiration from Pop. EDM is believed to originate from the US, developed strongly over the festive dance (Dance Festival), and the club. Therefore, most people are familiar with the name calling EDM Dance music generally.
