Finally I can login today after almost two months waiting c-cex to remove 2FA from my account, because I never set it, but I'm super duper shocked after check my balance. My account got hacked this early year from this IP: 45.114.116.192, before, I have 5,xxx,xxx of XBY (worth more than 50 BTC at current price), but all gone. Someone played with my account sell all XBY and trade with other coin. Now, I have many garbage coins which is not worth of 0.05 BTC. Please give my btc back!!!!
I'm having the same problem for about 2 months, I created lots of ticket to the support but they don't help. Really this time I was disappointed, they usually help and I was happy, I thought c-cex support was the best one. One of their reply was this: "Hello! As we understood you correctly - you want to remove your account permanently from C-CEX. Is that right? If yes - please, confirm your action with reply in this ticket "I confirm" and we will delete it. Have a good day! Let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. Thanks!" I'm telling them that the remove 2FA is not working and the answer was removing my account with my money, it's really terrible.
I have same problem and got same reply last week, they asked me if I want to remove my account but then they told me to go to this link https://c-cex.com/?id=remove2fa but I still can't remove 2FA from my account and support always full
I want to remove 2FA on my account because I can't login to my account without it. I have requested to remove 2FA since almost 2 weeks ago and I did the 2FA removal confirmation too on my email, but until now I still can't login to my account. Please fix this. I can't send support ticket
