As mentioned earlier, it does seem extremely unprofessional for them to have not even given you a specific reason, yet they have closed your account and in the process have effectively confiscated $400.
Just for clarity, can you confirm there is no reason at all that you can think of that would result in Betpanda closing your account and taking that particular course of action against you.
Nothing given back, 265$ initial deposit and there was 135$ profit so total 400$ which was pending withdrawal. Confiscated all. Nothing returned at all. I really appreciate your help.
Hi Jolly, I took a totel of 7 or 8 sports book bets, i normally play on stake but to limit myself i put a deposit limit so thats why i registered to betpanda.
I saw a doubles ITF tennis match that 1 side got their service broken twice in first set, so i bet them to get broken twice and hold to their serve once. My 265$ became 600, i placed 1 more bet on same match and lost , my funds became 400$, in the mean time i was also playing in the casino including slots and their originals games (mines,keno). While slots were spinning i placed 3 bets on racing, 2 being greyhounds and 1 from horse racing all from australia, where my final total became 400$. Then i gave a deposit order. And they blocked my account 5 hours later while i was having a pending withdrawal.
What does look suspicious here? That I bet on an ITF match that was being played ? It was early during the day and there was no ATP or WTA tennis matches being played, only ITF matches are there early morning if you follow tennis. What shall i do ? not bet because it may loook suspicious?
PS: I have not taken any bonus and this all happened same day within i opened my account.
Hey, we're in the exact same situation… and unfortunately, we're not alone.
In other case, they didn’t even mention “suspicious leagues” or anything like that — just a vague reference to their anti-fraud policy, without ever explaining what we actually did wrong.
No bonus taken, just a few bets placed — and boom, account blocked and funds confiscated.

yeah saw your post mate, these guys are absolute scam. Where in the world can any bookie confiscate the deposit because ''they feel something is suspicious''. Then just run a casino if you'll block people for taking sportsbets on your site.
