however the yobit admin at the exchange chat replied that they are different tokens "2 different contract" and the tokens are not at their side that is why it did not reach.
I tried to contact the ethplorer team but I found this info as follows:
Ethplorer IS NOT a wallet and DOES NOT store any tokens or coins. The purpose of Ethplorer is to help you see and monitor tokens that are issued and transacted over Ethereum blockchain. Another words, **you can view but you can't touch**.
Therefore it's impossible to withdraw or send tokens from Ethplorer, because it has no tokens.
To touch and actually send tokens you need to be in possession of the private key from the address where tokens are stored. Without private key it's not possible to access any token or coin.
To send tokens you need to use a wallet (for example myetherwallet) and private keys from the address with token balance
* If you need to transfer specific tokens to another address, go to the website of its token developer or ICO and read there.
* If you want to trade tokens, contact cryptocurrency exchange.

Ethplorer is very good take action. They informed the real & fact to you. I'm very appreciate for their take action.
For your case , Only Yobit TEAM have private key of this wallet address. You have to request them to help you.
I'd like to explain to you as follows.
If anyone who create their own ethereum wallet by using Myetherwallet will get private key , Keystore file or others for accessing their own wallet. This wallet address can receive every tokens which run on Ethereum blockchain. After you receiving any tokens from another one , you will see or can't see those tokens in your Myetherwallet. If you can't see them , you can't send them to others also. ( But you can see your balance by using etherscan.io or Ethplorer ). This first problem is easy to solve. If you know contract of that token , you have to fill that contract for custom view. After that you can see it and send that token to other places.
But the second problem is that you should use ETH for gas ( fee ) to send from that address to other places.

i think they can reverse the transaction howsoever they do not. May be if not they can send me the wallet private key so i can fix it myself
they are smart enough as their responses are given only through telegram and exchange chat which they can deny it and say they are scammers. the official response that they can not deny will be only through their official email or a response through my support ticket which they will not do in order to prevent me to have an official evidence of their non co-operation .
I asked one of their supposed "why yo do not follow the tvt.io latest official contract?" he replied that tvt.io devs did not ask yobit to do so . you can ask tvt devs by yourself !!!
tvt.io as well did not replied to my e mails sent to them 16 days ago even with a negative answer
