There are currently ready-to-run linux binaries and you can compile by yourself windows and mac sources.

If the block reward is 698976 coins that gives 26391097940000 blocks, not taking into account the emission curve. Is there a simple explanation of the emission curve without having to use that emission calculator link in the OP?

That's because Cryptonote emission works very differently from Bitcoin.
Exact formula is:

basic block reward calculation
uint64_t baseReward = (m_moneySupply - alreadyGeneratedCoins) >> m_emissionSpeedFactor;

It makes sense also to my mining tests:

So block reward is 698976 coins.

I need to confirm block rewards.
I read it was 69.9744, but in democats pool it says:
Last Reward: 698,896.1406 LUBE
So I cant setup payments corretly at my pool until I know for sure what's block reward... 69.9 ? 699.9? 69999?

Should be 69.9, since EMISSION_SPEED is set at 18.

Wait, you're giving 3 million LUBE for those 3 things out of a total supply of 18.4 million. Something sounds wrong, how big's the premine?
I never did premine. I started mining AFTER posting the announcement and I am currently having other peers connected (not mine) other than my seed nodes.

Yes, even though there are binaries ready for linux, for windows the wallet needs to be compiled.
