I think the confusion is coming from the term tradeable. A token can be tradable and not on an exchange.

Hi, will LCS add any stable coins aside from USDT? Like Dai or TUSD? USDT no longer undergo independent public audits so can not be certain if they have the pegged funds they claimed to have.
