For me is the period who you are asking about a short period, because for me is it important to see the price of bitcoin after 2/3 years. Then I think it will be on a good place.
I usually set a maximum price for each coin that I have. And as long as I don't need cash, I keep these tokens until the reach that maximum price. But sometimes i sell some my tokens early when i start not trust that token anymore.
This is a good strategy, but it is also important to use stop losses. Not every trade can be profitable and we need to accept losses sometimes. To minimize this losses it is important to use stop loss while trading.

We can only say that Ethereum is the king of ICO if there are good and valuable ICOs in the market. For the latest months is it difficult to say that there are good ICOs who are funding high amounts.
Yes, it is going to go together. Learning is always a dream of earning money, so I also try to follow and grasp the trend and constantly learning advanced knowledge.
If you extend your knowledge this mean that you know more and got more experience in the field who you are working in or investing in. On long term you will have good profits and earnings.
Bounties is the best and the most comfortable way to earn crypto currencies. You can also exchange the tokens into your favourite altcoin after you get the tokens. Just spend some time by investigating the bounty programmes and try to avoid getting scammed.
You are right, bounties are good ways to earn but the interests are very high for bounties so the earnings are decreasing because the high amount of people who are joining a bounty.
I see that too many sell lower because they hope to buy cheaper. however, this is not always justified. and many lose a significant part of their funds.
You are right it is not a good decision to seel with a low price like this market. We need to sell high and be patienced. After every bearish market I guess we will see a bullish market.

Ripple bu denli kotu ve dususte olan bir piyasaya ragmen iyi ve kuvvetli bir durus sergiledi ki, bunun sonucunda ikinci sirada olan Ethereum´i yerinden indirmeyide basardi.
as for my opinion the best and comfortable exchanges is Binance, kukoin and better to trade on exchanges which have big volume of trading
Coins with a low volume are not listed on Binance so it is also a good option to take a look at decentralised exchange where projects with a low cap are listed.
I think we are at the bottom now) Price for Ethereum has already reached 124$! Will be even lower ?)
Perhaps but we need to wait for the price of Bitcoin because everything depends of the situation of Bitcoin. After that we can decide for Ethereum and all other alt coins what will happen with them.
Vitalik has announced a delay about Constantinapole. He said it will be done in January, 2019. You can look at his twitter page or follow Ethereum community.
If the development will be finished in the first chapter of 2019 then I think that if will affect the price on a positive way.
