Most block reward 50 WEB but I noticed some rewards are 51.562500 WEB or 1.562500 WEB, can you tell me why and explain like I'm 3 yo?

one of the miners wants to keep hashrate down so he can get more coins. (keeping difficulty down) so he attacks all community pools + official pool

I just saw some video explanations and got to know that a miner with 51% of hashing power can build blockchain faster than any other miner which is pretty obvious.
Also, he can reverse his previous transaction by creating a private blockchain and publishing it later. My question is why he cannot do the same while spending someone else's bitcoin, as he can still build on the previous block containing the invalid transaction, As his power is more than any other miner he will manage to build the longer chain even if other miners refuse to build over the invalid block.
Please, someone, take the pain of explaining this to me.

I dea here is to create a new series of block, which your 51 % share/ miners verify and since a block needs more number of agreeing parties to be valid the blocks created by you are now legitimate and now you hold the right to validate or not validate a transaction or block in the blockchain. This will only be valid for new blocks where your share of hashing or miners are greater than 50%.

4. switch to compute mode
Whan i run Sapphire trixx get error :
During previous startup GPU-Z crashed at OpenCL detection. Please update your OpenCL and graphic driver.
I try reinstal driver , uninstall onboard intel graphic nothing !
Then i try complete format and reinstall windows 10 and still not work!
Where is problem ?
This happend on my second rig, first rig have ALL same configurations and work without problem

if not I will ask you to use radeon crimson to update your drivers.
if this is not working, reinstall windows or use a restore point to restore windows to a version before it crashed.
let windows update your computer it will take time and after update you will be able to use saphire trrixx.

I updated to wallet version m-core 1.4.6.2 but still my wallet is not updating. m-core should understand that there is multiple forking and the attacker is one of the pools xpoolx or minerclaim because minerclaim is having around 80 percent of miners and it wants more coins using various ways. the last block my wallet is able to update is 1822463. chainz.cryptoid.info/xmg is also redundant and not giving much of a rest to small miners which XMG coin is built to reward.
From what I see in their ann thread and website the last version is 1.4.5.3, so first thing would be to make sure you have a legit and good wallet.
Second, I know that sometimes wallets don't handle well the forks and (I think it happened in the past too with XMG) the usual fix, although painful, is to remove (or move away) all the data except wallet.dat (which should also get a backup) and try to re-sync all from start.
XMG has a friendly community, I advise you go to their thread and ask there for more up-to-date info.
