It's really interesting to see how "everyone" collects information and makes its own analysis before the investment. Nevertheless, I'm wondering how people track their investments after the ICO - there is currently no provider of transparent and legit information about projects!

Having a professional rating agency like Alethena (https://www.alethena.com) doing a fully-fledged due diligence of a project will help to reduce the probability to invest in a scam almost to zero. A successful scam needs always to be profitable for the scammers in economical terms. I disagree with the usefulness of icobench. I agree that it might be worth to read through such marketing platforms as the ones mentioned above, but I would like to highlight that these ICObench experts are often charging incredible amounts and are not necessarily properly reflecting the technical, business, governance and legal setup of the project. Furthermore, if the team is involved into multiple projects, there can be a significant lack of commitment. E.g. how can an advisor like Vladimir Nikitin (icobench #3) provide serious advice to more than 40 projects?

Could you please elaborate on what you do not understand? Did you read the White Paper? I would be happy to explain it to you. Furthermore, I would like to highlight that we are about to release our demo version of the rating platform shortly.

Regarding the roadmap: there will be a more concrete version after the ICO when it will be clear how much of the funds can be allocated to the different milestones. In our opinion it does not make any sense to present some visionary milestones to that we can not fully be committed due to the uncertainties.

We fully agree to the point that a self-assessment of an investment project is necessary. We will not provide any investment advice on project but even more transparency and aggregated data to facilitate the investor's decision.

Alethena is actually not a project from Swiss government but the founder team is 100% Swiss and is strongly embedded in the crypto ecosystem here in Switzerland (e.g. Crypto Valley, but also in the French and Italian part of Switzerland (Geneva, Lausanne, Chiasso, Lugano, etc.).
